Thanks Juandre - I had a look and found the form. Only problem is that seeing as I only worked for 3 1/2 months for the school, I also need to include my previous employer and get the form from her, which is going to be a mission because her company went bang and even though I was just au pairing for her, she paid me through the company.

Eve-The UI.19 is the form your last company fills in with what salary you were earning

Juandre - thanks I have the UI-4 but not sure about the UI-19. I am unemployed so am not going back to work? The UI-19 isn't one of the forms that they mention on the site.

Sal- I also matriculated in 1995. My brother was living with us until he matriculated last year, and every year we would go to the rugby matches against Kloof, it is still the same excitement and rivalry.

Eve- You also need the UI.4 which is for the continuation of maternity benefits (need 4 of these) and the UI.19 which needs to be done by your company.

hi ladies this is going to be a quick one as i am sooooooo tired really flip, i cannot keep my eyes open. I only have today and tomorrow of work left yay! but i have to train the new girl up, it started this morning and she has now taken a break and flip i am so tired of talking and showing and blah blah.... just too much cant wait for this week to end.

Swollen! i have now acquried sexy shrek feet and am wearing sloffies to work today its horrible my toes and feet is so swollen its embarressing!!!! flip, my fingers have been swollen for weeks but my feet started last night guess its the pregnancy now taking its toll on me.... 38 weeks sunday! Am very nervous feel like a tickin time bomb.... was sitting int he movies last night thinking what if my waters broke! lol

It is getting so excited now,when all the LO start to arrive. WE all must stay here,and help each other through the first 3 months.

Just heard from a friend,you get Reuteri Probiflora drops from the pharmacy(stays in fridge),you give to your baby only 5 drops per day and it realy eases the cramps and winds. I will realy try that with mine
