Good Afternoon All! At least it is for me. So Victo, no you didnt wake me - Ive been up for almost 7 hours!

Simone - I havent packed either - still have shopping to do.
And as for cleaning - we have 2 teen boys and a 3 yr old - we have to do major clean at least once a month
Oo Oh This time next year Simone, your couch def. wont be cream with a little toddler on the loose!! LOL

Maureen - so wonderful that James is doing better everyday!

Jelly - Im so with you on the pressie and not having to worry about it this year. Ill either go flowers or make my speciality cookies that she simply loves.

Anthea - Glad you got some sleep last night - I envy you!!

Morning ladies,maureen that is wonderfull news!! Glad he is making such good progress.
Had some bab BH contractions last night,its worse at night,dont know why.

Read somewhere that the birth process will be easier if you had alot of bh???? DOnt know though??

Victo-think all of our pains wil go away when baby is born.....


Going to visit a friend of mine who had her baby last week,big girl 3.9kg. My friend is 41!!
Her boy is 12 years,second marriage and he wanted children of his own,so they took a chance and it worked!

Maureen- I am so happy Hamie is doing so well. I am sure he will be home, snug with you and DH by the end of the week!

maureen - so so glad for u - I posted on fb but just wanted to say cant wait till u take your bundle home so i can properly come and visit u

simone - apparently u can hire carpet/upholstery cleaner machines buy the day - maybe look in yellow pages but i will go ask my nov mummy group as one did it on there the other day - if i forget to report back remind me

Simone- I am not sure about steam cleaning it yourself but my whole lounge suite is a sandy brown and I buy a tin of fabric foam and clean it that way. You can also use the foam on any carpets you may have or for stains in your car.

Somebody asked about their dr brown bottles not fitting in the sterilizer? and wanting to boil them? - anyhoe its not necesarry wash the bottles with water and soap - then fill your sterilizer with water - buy milton sterilizing tablets and put in sterilizer and replace water every 24-48hrs

lucy - the thing u thought saloomies where is called a "bunny chow" its half/quarter a bread filled with chips - some add polony/viennas/mince/cury/atchar etc

Juandre - I havent even dusted my suitcase off and still need pads, pj's etc so havent bothered but got to get my ass in gear as I am 34 wks now and lea came at 37

re - springcleaning cant be asked as I have Unisa to get out, boetie's stuff to wash and sort, bags to pack and other admin - and as usual faffing around on here instead

re - mothersday still got to shop too but usually buy pj's, slippers or fleece top

re - complaints so far only gastric reflux and its doing my head in grrrrrrrrrrrr but sleep like angel and not much aches and pains

So very glad that he is doing better and yes, I am sure he will home for Mother's Day. You are a very strong and brave woman.
