Speaking of vitamin C we are allowed to take up to 1000mg of vitamin C per day but if you have a look at Cal-C-Vita I think it has 300mg.

Well I found an effervescent Vitamin C like Cal-C-Vita, just cheaper and with 1000mg it is called "Fizz C" comes in a tube with 20 tablets for about R30 at pick 'n pay

Ladies suffering from heartburn I just read that fesh melon is very good for that and it has lots of vitamin C which we all need now going into winter.
