That is a relief, I seriously thought that I was the only one that did not have my bags packed.

The only thing that I need to do is get my couch steam cleaned, but I have looked at our local paper and they want to charge something like R200 just to clean a two seater couch.

Does anybody know what if I could do it myself, it is a cream two seater. It is fabric, but not delicate.

Good morning Ladies,

Well when I got to the hospital this morning, you will never believe, I got the best news ever! My little boy was breathing all by himself without any extra oxygen. He is now on 35 ml feeds every 3 hours, his full feeds are supposed to be 45 ml every 3 hours. If he reaches this he will no longer be on a drip.

And I am really praying for that. I truly believe and am praying that he will be home for Mothers day. He is weighing 2.26 kilograms.

I also got to hold him this morning. He is so tiny but so beautiful, can't wait to have him home.

Thank you to every one for their prayers and wishes. I am truly a blessed mommy.

So lets all hope and pray he gets to his full feeds by tomorrow and then on Thursday to the breast!

Simone- I have started putting things together for the bag but not actually packing them.

I have been doing major spring cleaning. All I have left is our bedroom and my hubby's office. Then it is all cleaned!!!

I also had a much better night last night so feel better which is good as tonight we have Antenatal class. We are watching the birthing video's.

My mom unfortunatly passed away 6 years ago so I don't have to look out for gifts. Just some flowers on her grave!

Have a great day ladies. Durban is 28 degrees today, a far cry from the 16 degrees in Cape Town today.

Tell me - am I the only one that has not got the baby and hospital bag ready?

I was going to do it last weekend, but I started spring cleaning the house, at least that is done.

I also have no idea what to get my mom for mothers day. She is very picky too so it always seems no matter what I get her it isn't good enough. Maybe just a card this year with flowers. I don't feel like stressing over this.

AFM Feeling better today but coughing up a storm. I sound like I swallowed the neighborhood's barking dog!!!! nothing wants to help. the cough mixture dr gave me just makes me cough even more
