Claudia I am happy you did not have to poke her in the eye, although it would have been good if you caught it on camera;) .

Beansmom, don't worry too much Tayla just needs to form a relationship with her. She will settle down.
Oh I do agree with the nanny. T will learn quickly that if she cries enough mommy will come. They are much cleverer than we give them credit for.

Morning ladies - as a quick intro, I got my BFP on Sunday eve after 4 cycles of TTC; EDD 11 June 2011

Now seeing as there isn't a June 2011 thread, and no use starting one really until another BFP pops up from the TTC side, Des suggested I lurk here.

Am about 3 weeks along from conception, and no symptoms yet (except for fatigue a week back). Will be telling parents this weekend.

ladies!! I've taken the liberty of inviting a very good friend of mine to join our little thread - she is NEWLY preggies, and I think she can ask us things & learn alot from our AWESOME group!!

Good afternoon moomies!

Well - Tayla got picked for one of the castings we took her to... only for 1 day - but its a start! So next Wednesday I have to be up and out the house at 0730!!! To get her to the shoot by 0900! Wish me luck with that!!!

Other news - I've major issues with my little monkey... She is so totally attached to me that the poor nanny has to put up with a screaming Tayla daily! She is happy for her to feed her, change her, and sing her to sleep - but she only manages 30 mins of play time then starts screaming... and the only thing that will stop the crying is for me to take her or for her to fall asleep! I was taking her everytime up until yesterday because the nanny feels that me taking her is just making things worse. She reckons madam is at that age where she is manipulating!??!? So I sat crying in the lounge the morning while Tayla was crying her lungs out around the house... eventually I just had to leave and let them be. You You (the nanny) is so great though. She is positive that in a month this should all be sorted!! I do hope so!!!!

Been feeling so frustrated the last 24 hours - think the retrenchment has finally kicked in... so i've been trying to get myself out of this "mood". Need to pull myself towards myself!!!!

Anyhoo - that is me for today... back to being a mom... got some sit stand to play

Graeme slept through mon and tues, and then wed and thurs he woke at 12. Last night he decided 5 was a good time to wake up. Was a little freaky to see these 2 eyes staring at me in the dark. So we sat up 4 a bit, at least he was happy. Just hyper (as he always is)

I have really found out today why there are straps on bouncer seats. If i was not right there he would have fallen out onto his head. I will try attach a photo, dont worry I made sure he would not fall before taking the pic. hehe. He sits himself up and then sees something and goes for it. He dropped his toy and then went for it.
