ARNICA D6 TABLETS

Bruising & Shock Remedy

COMPOSITION: Per tablet
Arnica, Planta tota D6

INDICATIONS:
1) Sprains, strains and bruises.
2) Pre- and post operation, confinement and tooth extraction.
3) Muscular pain and stiffness.
4) Shock and all traumas.

MODE OF ACTION:
Arnica: counteracts traumatic tissue damage by reabsorbtion of oedema and haematoma and increases the peripheral blood circulation.

DOSAGE: Unless otherwise directed,
Adults 2-3 tablets dissolved under the tongue.
Children: 1-2 tablets dissolved under the tongue.
Infants: 1 tablet dissolved in a teaspoon of water.
To be taken about 10 minutes before meals.
For chronic cases three times daily.
For acute cases every half hour.

COMMENT: This preparation is even more effective when used in conjunction with the external application of either Arnica Lotion (Weleda) or Arnica 10% Ointment (Weleda) where appropriate.

Directions For Use Chew 1 tablet 3 times daily, may be taken 1-2 hourly in acute cases. Children over the age of one: chew or suck 1 tablet 3 times daily. Infants: crush 1 tablet and place in mouth three times daily. Consult your practitioner should symptoms persist.


those of you going for c- sections do yourself a favour and do some research on these tablets ive mentioned before they really do help in your recovery after c section and i plan on getting some this w end. and start taking in preparation for my c sec on 20th july. i have used it before with both previous pregnancies and it really helped...... just a thought... for that matter it is also mentioned on sister lillians website as a good "tool" with natural birth... for swelling and bruising and any surgery involved.. have a look . it wont hurt to be informed.

hey everyone,

i had one hec of a night... lots of bh and excrutiating head ache.
had gynae appointment this morning and luckilly urine is clear, but bp is on high side 140/90 so according to the sister need to keep eye on it. stupid dr didnt even ask how im feeling.. stupid stupid man.. i will never recommend him to anybody... argh.....

he is so busy rushing you out of his office didnt get two words in. my husband eventually asked the sister who takes the bp all our questions.. found out i will be first on the 20th so atleast no long winded wait on the 20th. he uses desposable stitches..( was worried dont want staples) . baba is well... 2.616kgs so apparently good weight. getting a little nervous. hope everyone okay.

Please all take it easy in these last few days. Get lots of rest... even if you have an easy baby the breast feeding really takes alot out of you.

My LG slept very well last night. She went down after her bath at 6.30pm, woke at 10.30 then again at 2.30, and then at 5.30. So that was two nice 4 hour stints.

well tomorrow is officially the 1st of JULY a very exciting month for all of us and i really hope that u all have a great July.
I am looking so forward to this month, u have no idea
the new bonds of friendships that have been formed by complete strangers with the only thing in common, one of the greatest gifts that anyone can have.
I am ready to party up a storm LOL not but i am honestly so excited all good things are happening to each and every single one of us and our families

i am glad ure bags are also packed and i agree, some times u have to start taking it easy!

Sindy, the 12th also isnt far away at all, OMG this is all too exciting for me this morning for some reason LOL and the headaches just make sure that u drinking enough fluid as they say that u shouldnt suffer too much from them, so just monitor that please...

I think the baby is dropping cos this pressure is just getting to much, also feels like i have kept a wee in for 3days and when i go there is hardly any and its driving me insane!

I am having a small "surprise" baby shower heer at work on friday they cant keep anything from me here haha so i am looking forward to the FOOD!

I have a appointment at the gyne tomorrow at 9 so i will be on later and let u all know how everything is.

well today i am leaving my temp to do the work while i watch, its about time and she has notes etc, some how she has to learn hey!
