Vicky- I was 36 weeks 5 days, so she did well not to need the incubator. She was obviously ready to meet mom, dad and sister

congrats yip you are the first , congrats glad even though it was an emergency that everything went well. and that she is doing so well now, we were all so worried.... tried tracking you down but couldnt remember which hospital you said you were going to... so sorry you didnt get the v bac you wanted so badly. so at how many weeks did you actually give birth???

i agree if you dont feel well rather have it checked out.. if i didnt go in to get checked out i wouldve gone into full on labour.. thank god i did.

anyone heard from joc she is very quiet , cant remember last time shes posted....

Shiloe is loving being a big sister. Shame she is so bored with the holidays and me not being able to drive

im so tired today...
today is exactly 3 weeks,

im also worried about juandre, tried to check the sites that shows babies born on a certain day at a certain hospital... but problem is i dont know which hospital.. i was told baby was born around 15 june,, is that right???
doesnt anybody have contact with her via facebook.....

well, ladies gynae app tomorrow im so excited to see my noo noo again. im sure she has grown quite a bit.im feeling very full...
im battling terrible headaches and i officially canot see where my ankle ends its like my legs are tree trumps my feet are so swollen , hoping all is gonna be okay with tomorows app, scared they might find protein again.. and then what?? ..

sho patty you must be careful , it wouldnt be too good going into labour when you are driving...

naomicee- 9 days... the count down begins.. wow im sure it will be soon...

I think I was officially the 1st July mommy???

Sorry I have been out of comm's. The last two weeks have gone past in a blur. I have so much to catch up on, and will try to get to that.

McKeilagh Georgia Nel was born on Tuesday 15th June at 18h30 via emergency c-section.
Ladies- always trust your instincts. If you think you need to visit the dr then go!!!
The weekend before Mckeilagh was born I was feeling nar and had lost my appetite. I spent most of it on the bed whilst DH finished the nursery. On the Monday I was still not feeling well so between clients I stopped at the labour ward. As you all know I have suffered from severe oedema since 30 weeks but with no BP problems. This time I was admitted with pre- eclampsia- my BP was very high and I had +3 protein in my urine.
On Tuesday my bloods came back showing my platelites were dropping and my enzime count was in the 200's instead of the 30's. Dr took me straight to surgery.

She was born at 2.87kg's, dropped to 2.555 by the time we left the hospital. We had to stay a few extra days as my dr wanted my bloods to return to normal. But now at 2 weeks she is a healthy 3kg's. She latched the first feed and feeds every 3 hours during the day, at night we leave her to wake us.

She is sooo lovely. Here is a picture. I will definitly catch up in the next few days.
