I can't seem to post a reply to topic so please let the ladies know that I say hi this morning.
Since my internal on Wed I have been very uncomfortable, my tummy is very tight and sore. My midwife says that often the dr's fiddling brings on labour.

Our offices are closing at 1pm today and then I only have Monday and Tuesday left at work!!!!!
We are going to The Barnyard Theatre to watch the opening ceremony, game and a show so I am in for a very long day.

So how did it go last night????? I wish I could get my DH to do something as I am the one battling and keep thinking about the 6 weeks after babe is here!!!

OMG newbie, what a **** thats funny but oh my word, u know like my hubby finds me extremely sexy now he cant keep off me and u know some men just love seeing pregnant woman, its so strange and i mean little do they know how we actually feel!
I am feeling so huge and so much pain and i go to the gyne next thursday only and i just hope i am all ok, i did finally pack my hospital bag, can u believe??? hahah

im finally home was admitted on wednesday , i have had a bad bladder infection. they picked up ketones and protein in my urine and because i was in pain they admitted me immediately.
i was in a lot of pain and when monitoring baby it was picked up i was having contraction.. luckilly according to the gynae it was early enough and they were able to treat the infection so as not to throw me into full on labour ( this was what they were worried about). anyway im at home.. no strenuous activity, no picking anything up... sit and relax if anything i must go straight to hospital . and it turns out that the stand in gynae a dr terblanche is so much better than dr stander. cant chat long need to go.

I am jealous for you half day Sindi.

So ladies i am feeling abit despondent. i had my 36 week check up yesterday and baby is weighinh 2.950kg (almost the same Jaundre). My doctor does encourage natural birth but he told me that if the baby weighs 4kg he won't let me have normal birth - i would have to have a c-sec. there is still about 4 weeks to go, does anybody know how much weight the baby puts on per week?

Yesterday at the gynae app, he felt my tummy and then asked me if i had any pain - coz he said that my uterus was so hard it felt like a contraction.......... But i wasn't having any pain. Maybe it was a Braxton Hick.

Hope everybody has a good day - even if you have to spend it at work. Arrgh

lol I dont see him jeolous often either, so in a way it was nice, but I do re-assure him, lol!!

Glad u have half day, we are expected to stay at the office till 4:30pm, terrible..

Newbie, sometimes it's so nice when they are jealous makes you feel loved and protected. LOL, shame maybe you should give your man a little extra assurance that you belong to him

In the 10 years me and DH have been together I have only seen him jealous once he says jealousy isn't nice but a little jealousy would go a really long way
