Angel, Markus also has bit of tummy probs. His pead said that he doesnt have to go everyday, its not about going often, its about how it looks when he goes. If its hard and dry, then its constipation. She said to mix a teaspoon of honey into a bottle of tea or whatever once a day, as honey is a natural laxative.

He's been sleeping reaaaally bad. up every 2 hours to drink at night EVERY night.
