I love my maid. She is pregnant and I'm not too sure how long she will be off for. Worried about that.

Do I need to register her for UIF if she just works one day a week?

Troy loves that oats in pear and apple one. He can eat a whole jar. It says from 10 months but really it should be from 6 months!

Hello everyone,

Nice and cold in Cape Town again. I actually like the weather like this, because it is so nice to snuggle with Zani over the weekends (don’t like it so much in the week though!).

DH is going home early today to look after Zani as my mom and dad are going to visit my sister in Outshoorn and they want to get away a bit earlier. He said that they will be “working” from home for the afternoon. It is so cute to see them “working”. He types on the keyboard and the Zani bangs on the keyboard and then he deletes Zani’s writing and the whole process repeats. Makes me laugh every time.

Don’t have any special plans for the weekend, just want to relax with the family. Oh and I want to go to Canal Walk to go look for the shop that Blue Bird said sells christening dresses. Hopefully I’ll get one.

Zani ate a whole jar of Olli pear last night!!! And a half a jar of butternut yesterday afternoon!!! Could it be that we are on the road to recovery?? Huh, could it be??? I really hope so. Will see how it goes tonight.

Having some lovely pea and ham soup for lunch today. Thanks mom!!

M2b You are a much better person that me, I probably would have fired her.

I was so upset with our maid last week, she keeps on throwing away the baby food jar, so the one time that I decide to make Tristan some food there was no jars to put the food into, so I called her (think it was like 9 in the evening ) and crapper her out.
She keeps on throwing my stuf away, like I have a water bottle next to my bed, she threw away my bottle and it was bottled water in there

Lollipop - trying not to be judgemental but sounds like hubby is a bit lazy when it comes to caring for Tristan?

M2b You are so funny! I asked myself that question too, but still I really need to tal to someone that is not in the situation. We are still not in a good place.

But then why the hell was Logan in his chair? Try to some spot checks and to see what is happening?

Oh no M2B that not good, now you going to worry everyday about whether your kids are safe or not. Hopefully our nanny does not do the same! But sometimes I go home just to surprise her and everytime things were good. Thank God!

Shame Jiminia, think she was too long at home with the holidays and all, and its freaken cold out there for them man.

Lolli my husbands the same. Must always go to his stuff, but when my turn then he is full of excuses. Husbands must come with buttons, so we can make them do what we want them to do. Life will be marvelous!
