That is alot of money!! Did they pay you in full while you were on MIL. Luckily i never took my share of Maternity pay at my old company and they let me go (not without a fight). Still get emails from them to help them and they want me to come in for a week to show the new girl. I just dont feel its worth the money, im soo glad to be out of there, so im just popping them a ignore at this moment.

ps: we have alot of manopoly money at home?

Juanita...thats where boss kinda has me!!! My company makes u sign a waiver when you go on Maternity Leave, I have to work for them for 8 months, otherwise I have to pay back all my Maternity leave. I dont have R150000-R200000 lying around OR I would!!

Think your boss is gettin a kick out of playing boss!! Thats why she doesnt want to budge on the hours frm next month?? Wonder what she would do if you were to resign?
