Hope u all had a lovely weekend! Mine was nice, just busy. Worked sat, went 2my parents on sat night had friends over yesterday. Cayleigh slept so well last night i feel human again! She was asleep by 7, woke at 2 and again now at 7. My boobs were so full it was actually sore when she latched.

M2B - hope Logan is ok, shame is he still in hospital?

I saw a thing in baby city, it's the bright starts bounce about, hav any of u ladies seen it and if so do u think its worth it? Its kinda pricey so dont wanna buy it and she doesn't use it 4 long. U can have a look at it on bright starts website.

Anyways, enjoy ur day and i'll catch up later.

Stellie, dont add salt or sugar or butter. jy dink dis sleg vir hulle maar dit is nie, jy doen hulle baie meer skade as goed aan.

Also, i find that sitting in front of her and feeding her works well. My lg is sometimes unsure about the tastes but then i just smile at her and say yum yum and then when she sees my reaction she knows that what im feeding her is ok!! Except for apple and plain avo and rice porridge. you can go yum yum all you like, she will not eat it. even makes herself nasaus with it. (sp) Avo and banana is fine coz it has something sweet in.

No don't add any butter or sugar Christelle - moisten with some breastmilk if needed.

Here is a nice food guide too - www.askdrsears.com/html/3/T030500.asp

Feeding Troy Dr. Sears :)

Yes enjoy your first one a bit before wanting another baby - 2 are hard work I tell you and you can't give both the same attention.

Has anyone heard anything from Liv or Annelize? They are very quiet.

I was very "groot bek" about wanting them on top of each other, but now I don't know. I'm very happy with my little girl and want to give her as much attention and love as possible. I'm scared that I won't be able to give her as much attention if there is a second little one.

I'm thinking of waiting untill she's about 1 1/2 or two??

I'm starting her on Butternut tomorrow. Hopefully she will like that better. When you prepare the butternut, can you add some butter and suger? Or should it just be plain?
