She only has 2 or 3 bottles during the day so she still needs the one she gets at 3. Im not too bothered with it, she will stop waking up when she doesnt need it anymore. She wakes up at 3 or 4 anytime before that i also leave her, usually just 5 minutes and she is fast asleep again.

Amandalyn, Tyler is definitely not a goldfish...if I try to give him a bottle and its full he smacks it out of his mouth and refuses to drink it.

I figure they only little for a short time, I never want Tyler to cry and just ignore his cries for Milk at 3am!

They do scream. the other thing i did with amandalynn is that i watered her night bottles down. so eventually she woke up for water. and then didn't.
With Lorelai i give her porridge before she goes to bed and a bottle when i put her down. luckily they are like goldfish and will finish the bottle even it the tummies are full. or i give her a 250ml bottle with porridge in it. she sleeps from 8 - 6. if she wakes up at 2 or 3 i ignore her. because she has more than enough food in her. and it takes about 5 - 10min and she goes back to sleep. or sometimes only 2 min. i never BF my kids.

I think Leandi will scream her pretty little head off if i had to give her tea at 3 in the morning!!!

Christelle, I have stop breastfeeding completely. Tyler enjoys his Bottles far more than the breast milk and I never expressed at work.

Elsa - have you stopped breastfeeding? I'm thinking of stopping the whole expressing at work thing - just irritating me at the moment. Think I'll still BF her at night though.

Amandalynn - don't kow if you said already, but where are you from?

so glad to hear mine is not the only one who does not like tea. Elsa - reason i said that, they get into the habit of drinking a night and not because they are thirsty. the older they get the more difficult it is to stop it. believe me. my eldest still wakes up at night because she is thirsty. but like DH says im cold because i say no and send her back to bed.
