M2b So glad the interview went well, will hold both thumbs for you...I also live very far away from work (well about 30 kms but it takes forever with traffic, so I know it is difficult)
Just say that you have an appoitnment that you cannot change...no need to elaborate, just say it is personal...take a half day if you need to. Ons afrikaanse mense wil mos altyd verduidelik...moenie!
I must say hats of to you with Logan, cant be easy to raise a child with special needs, although I have found that children with Downs are so much more loving-dont know if that is true?
So glad that he is coping so well with having another sibling, and kudos to BF that he has taken Logan as his own...not alot of guys will do that (hang on to him Honey, you have a keeper!)
Something tells me that I am going to be the discipline enforcer in our house...although that is not a good idea cause I have a very short fuse
was so upset with DH today...we had a fight, cause it was his turn to get up for T during the night, but he doesn't wake up-so I must wake him...and then he took forever to take care of T...so he kept on crying/moaning (was so tempted to get up, but thought that I need to let him take care of it) so he gets back into bed (this was at 4:50) this morning and then he asked whether we shoudl get up and get ready for work...are you out of your ^&*()&* mind?
Then he wants to discuss my breast milk production-WTF? SO i said i am trying to sleep...so he got upset with me...this morning he took T while I was in the shower, cant describe the cold feeling I got when I got out of the shower and realised my child was gone...(his dad does take him with him every day-as he works at his parents home) but still, taking him without telling me and without giving me a chance to say goodbye?
