Hi moms!
Way to go M2B! Sounds like things are going well!
Belaine I agree with Lucy. When they're so small one tends to layer and wrap in blankets, they are used to being in the womb. The full length grows with clips all the way down are very handy, and on colder nights you can still put a vest on underneath it. And get some receiving and fleecy blankets to wrap them in.
Enjoy your pedicure tomorrow

Agree with Klk the soft spot just below the heel is a accupuncture pressure point which is said to be able to induce labour.
Lucy what's news your side? Is there any talk of #2 or are you guys done for now?
How is work going? Are you still on the road a lot?
DH glad you had an enjoyable baby shower!
Good luck getting the nursery finished in time. Try and relax as much as possible the last few weeks cos life's gonna get very busy after baby arrives.
Tried phoning the fetal specialist for our 24 week anomaly scan yesterday only to discover she is out of the country until end of July and fully booked up into August.
So asked Kaylee's cardiologist who else he recommends, and got a booking for next Thursday 21st June with Dr Shannon Morris who is very well known, almost as much as the lady I had tried with initially. I'm very happy they managed to fit me in such short notice. For some reason the gynae didnt see a need to book it sooner than 20 weeks yet Linnie Muller's rooms say we should've booked it 2 months ago?
Kaylee seems to be getting a cold again, her nose has been quite runny and a dry cough. Just hoping it doesnt get worse as we just cant afford doctors and meds and the time off.
I have also developed a sore throat for the first time since the beginning of the pregnancy which I'm treating with locobiotal throat spray and lots of vit c. Really hope it doesnt get worse though I am finally getting my energy back!
I must say this pregnancy is going so much smoother than the last (touch wood!). No spotting, no early pregnancy water retention and pubic pain. I had hectic MS till 15 weeks and I have heart burn but those are quite normal and the 2nd trimester is really feeling like a breeze! Let me not jinx this now though
I have started to get Braxton Hicks contractions the last week or so. Quite uncomfortable and causes me to have to stand still for a minute. I have no concept of what labour might be like but if BH is only practice labour its going to be interesting!!!
BTW are all our July girls scheduled c/secs?
