Claire - Well mag is involved in bone and muscle processes so I would say it is a good place to start! I take mumomega everyday and I haven't had that problem (yet!!) If it is always in the morning, perhaps adjust your sleep position too.

Lucy - yup its the side muscle and hip bone definately like a stabbing pain that lasts for 2 hours every morning . I have battled this week.

Thx Vix - I googled and will go buy some cal mag - I was taking magnesium up until a week ago so will smartly be back on that! I have omegas at home so will dose up nicely

JoDon - I know hun I just enjoy your posts. I think if you are not positive this life will swallow you. that is good news - means your body is actually recovering

Just wanted to say............

Claire- what preggy supplements are you taking? Maybe try the Preg Omega Plus for a month? I tried a sample pack from the Gynae and they contain a mag/calcium supplement which will help for any muscular cramps and aches and an omega 3 capsule which will help with bone aches or pains. I think they helped a little but i went back to the pregnavit that i still had left to save pennies.
