Pregnancy after D&C

Arrived safely. Was a long drive, we stopped lots of times to take photos. The place is gorgeous, and you wont believe the view! I am posting a photo that was taken from our bed......... Its amazing!

Hi there all! You are greeted!

Anyway, so today I got proof again that you only need to ask God once for something. Its been weeks that we waited to get a proper buyer for the laptop. And yet, nothing. Guess what, today on our way here my bil phones (the laptop is with him), he sold it......... To my fil! He will pay the money in tonight. He has been looking for one for a while, we did not even know. So, I have come to the conclusion that God heard me, he just wanted to wait till today, because he knew we needed it for our holiday, and if He gave it to us sooner, we would have spent it..........

Have a wonderfull weekend all! My dd just passed out. Dead tired....

Lucy that is so sweet!! I love it....must think of a way to tell folks/in laws when i have another. Although after these 4 days i dont think i'll want to have another.

Shazz - I take Connor to Moms and Tots/Babes in Glenwood (Clarke Road) I think its about R650 a term and you can go from I think 3 months old. Its really great for both baby and Mom...Nice outing, plus you get to socialise with other moms with children around the same age

Sue - Shame your poor baby...hope she gets better soon.

Esmari - hope you are travelling safe, enjoy your holiday!

My scan went off wonderfully. I was nearly hyperventillating before I was so stressed but all for nothing. The bushbaby had a heartbeat of 173 and has grown (was 9w4d). He/she was moving slowly and had the arm and leg buds. Dr said by the growth from last scan, literature puts my chances of "taking a baby home" at 89% Which I think is fab! If I make it to 12 weeks then he puts it at 98%.

Telling my parents - What a flop ..... my cousin was there and we waited and waited and he didn't leave. So eventually we did without saying anything. So We emailed them the pics later and I phoned Mom and said she has to check someting on the email and get Dad to help cos it is a funny attachment. They are super happy but it wasn't the same!

Telling the Inlaws - Cos they staying with us we showed them around our extension we are building and then when we got to the "nursery" I pulled out the scan pic and DH said "we think we'll put this here" They were so surprised ..... went much better!

AFM:

Not much to tell, been hectic at work. Had Cat at the vet again- sores in his mouth, he needed three injections and tried to bite me and the vet. VERY GRUMPY!!! But he is now feeling so much better.

Get such a thrill out of watching the pigeon learn from his parents - its the cutest thing ever, so glad he has made it this far after what happened to him.

Going for a Keratin treatment today to take the frizz out of my hair - I can't wait to see if it works. Its supposed to last three months. YAAAAYYY! Cant wait.

Lucy hows baba in there??? I bet the inlaws were stoked.

Klk I take my haat off to you, shoo Clair is enough work, imagine 2!!!! Always makes me wonder if ill ever have enough time for 2. Clair gets so much attention, if I have another one day will I still be able to give them both my time??? Btw was meaning to ask you, I've been wanting to take her to a "play group" were did you take your monkey? And what age?
