Pregnancy after D&C

Hello ladies

Just popping in to say we're okay. Sorry for MIA. Still adjusting to the new mom thing & moomie not working properly I lost some posts.

We are home now, and Kaylee is doing well. She's taking a nap as we speak giving me a chance for breakfast and quick catch up.
I love being a mom! It's challenging, especially getting into a routine and getting to know her, and waking up at night is especially hard, but it gets easier every day, now if only I could master sleeping when she sleeps and we'd be good!
A lot of our friends still havent even met her cos of her hospital stay so have quite a few ppl trying to pop in allbeit quick, often ends up during that time I could sleep. I love introducing her to everyone though! She will be 3 weeks on Friday already!

Docs are happy with the results of the op. We're not out in the clear yet but leaps and bounds from where we were.
I will post a proper story of what happened when I get a chance, cos a few ppl being asking for details, I just dont get a chance.
We still need prayer though, for full recovery, and for one of the other conditions that could cause problems, but we are standing in faith that the Lord will look after our little one.
I love her to bits and wouldnt have it any other way.

Monkeys have just broken in (AGAIN) and stolen banana's. Even though we have hidden them! I keep craving bananas and the rascals keep getting to them before me. Grrrr. The problem is they make such a mess and I am scared to clean up as I know they have a lot of diseases. Can't go near the fridge until DH is home. My MS is going to love this one

Good Morning, Good Morning!

So, we had the lady who is going to look after our animals, over for dinner. Dh has known her for a while, she is one of the ladies he carpools with. Anyway, first time I have met her, seen her a couple of times. She is nice! A animal lover.

When do you guys start packing before a holiday? I think I should start today with the kids stuff. Still have to take in some of my jeans. And I am not going to iron, am taking it with, the way I pack it always wrinkles.
