Help. I think I am dying. No, wait, thats just my body complaining. Just finished 60min of total body workout. Did the whole dvd, cardio, strength training en core and more. Wow. I finished that.
Oh, and I just realised. I lost 1kg! On friday I weighed 64, this morning 63. I only counted from monday! Haha. Easy to give up hey. But I will suceed! I WILL wear a 8 again.

Something else I realised with not ttc till Dec. I can get healthy and fit! Prepare my body, mind and soul! Living healthy and exercise does so much for stress.

Lucy, at least we have a place we can vent without being judged!

OK so my DH got a free ticket to the semi final tonight. Scrap class then some wine for me. I never drink on my own but I swear this TTC business has got me gulping more than normal. How ironic?!

Lucy - I can totally understand the Vent - Vent away friend!

We didn't think it was ever going to happen and it was a huge shock when I did get a BFP. Then we thought well we weren't even trying before so maybe if we really put the effort in it will happen again quickly - WRONG! Then when I decide I need to take a break - BAM the chemical comes along - you just realise that its so out of your hands - all you can do is have faith friend!

Sue - also bored ..... had 10.30am appointment and they still haven't pitched. GGggrrrr!
