Esmari - I agree with Girly - you have got to talk talk talk! If you need a bit more help go see your dr. Because this type of depression is what they call reactive ie. due to a specific circumstance, treatment can be for a short period and responds very well. Take care Hun and we are here for you. We all deal with things differently and you need to find the right way for you, Esmari!

Klk - Also had the whole company knowing as I was supposed to be flying to Parys for conference!

Girly - Yippeee for the contract! I am also excited for you guys. AF was due yesterday but I have started spotting this morning so she'll probably arrive tomorrow.

Esmari. big hugs my friend, unfortunately that is very common, i remember the one night bawling my eyes out. My DH ended up leaving as he didnt know what to do for me. Like Girly says you need to just talk when you need to dont keep anything bottled up.

And congrats on your P count! Anything over 40 indicates a good ovulation. Mine was 44.6 the month I conceived!

JoDon people do what they think you need them to, and they dont know any better. I also had ppl at work ignoring and keeping their distance especially the first few weeks back. Big hugs

Esmari its not uncommon to feel the way you do. U've been thru so much this year already, cant expect you to be jumping for joy. The change in hormones between MC's and pregnancy will definitely have an impact. A doctor might prescribe some anti depressants, but I would say try and deal with your feelings. Find a punching bag, or scream out loud in your car! But don't bottle them inside. And talk talk talk. That's what we're here for hun. Will keep you in my prayers.

Klk re ur visit, I bet its motivated u more to get healthy. Enjoy these few months and I'm sure it'll be soon that you announce you are TTC

Anyways, you guys, I am depressed. I am unhappy. And the only thing I want to do is cry, scream at my children and bitch at dh! Why am I so unhappy? I love my family so much. And I love my dh even more, he is the best. I just cant seem to feel happy. And he knows it, and I can see it affects him alot. I sometimes feel I can get into the car and drive and just never come back. I guess its post mc depression. Is there even a name for it?

I know what you mean JoDon, mine was a little bit different after I MC'ed. When i first fell pregnant i only told my boss as i didnt want everyone to know just in case something went wrong, which it did and my boss decided to tell my dept what happened so instead of no one knowing EVERYONE knew so when i got back to work, everyone felt so awkward as they didnt know what to say which put me in a very awkward position. Anyway...sorry totally hogged your post.
