Esmari I cant comment on the nighttime episodes () but I would imagine the contractions of your uteris during O would help express some stuff. Just keep an eye out though, if its foul smelling, or you get cramps then rather seek out your doctor in case its infection.

I am feeling better now after sleeping for 4 days but its 11:30 and I'm not ready to sleep. Gonna be an interesting start to the week. And Cape Town weather forecast the next two days is rain rain rain!

Ok, so a very common thing for me is to wake up in the middle of the night, in the middle of a orgasm! (It does not happen often, but has a couple of times)
Then, this morning while lying in bed, I felt this gush of stuff coming out. Went to the loo, and there was a bunch of smallish bloodclots mixed with blood in my pad. Had very little bleeding yesterday, and seems like after this morning, its same as yesterday.

So, was just wondering, do you think that maby the orgasm helped getting that stuff out?

H-buzz its completely normal for your first cycle to be heavier than normal, your body might be getting rid of some left over from the MC. Just make sure the blood loss isnt exceptional - (more than 1 pad an hour) or you should call your doctor.

I have the most awful hayfever! Cant stop sneezing, and nullifies all nose spray and an hour after taking it my nose is blocked again It better be better by Monday cos I've been off since Wednesday already and no work = no profit for the company.
