Afm.. w/end was okay, were supp to go see my SIL in nelspruit on sun,but the boys were coughing soo much so MIL said we shouldnt come,theyr just gonna get more sick..so stayed at home,i made chicken soup for them,got out the nebuliser and doing everything from OTC medication to hot honey water as well as rubbing vicks on their feet.. Hoping its gonna get better but if it doesnt will take them to the doc tomm,just dont want to give them antibiotics.. but get really scared as 2years ago my boys had the same cough and with in the space of few hours they had a raging fever and as we were rushing them to jbrg my big boy had a febrile convulsion in the car while we were 2hours out of jbrg,and the gov hospital in tht area didnt even know what to do... so they were like in and out of parklane clinic for 3months cause of chest infection.... worst part is i can also feeel the the ugly feeling as well as the sore throat but just keep pushing it away.. cant handle that also...
Girls i was reading yest vitamin C and Vitamin E is the the 2best vitamin we can give to our husbands to aid their swimmers to swim faster as well as to last longer.. certainly something worth trying..
Dont know where my cycle is or when im due for my AF,gonna just wait n see not that i have much of a choice..
