Pregnancy after D&C

Hey ladies,

Wow but im tired today. Had a headache from hell yesterday (got to love hormonal headaches) nothing helped. Ended up feeling very nauseous and lightheaded, if it wasnt for the fact that i have my AF now i would swear i was pregnant Tried to get to bed early but that never happens. Finally got to bed and was woken up 4 times by Connor crying. Its going to be such a long day today!

Chatting to DH last night about how big Connor is getting and i was like i think its time for number 2 (just to see what he says) and he was like, "NO WAYS!" He said that we can think about it when Connor is 2 or 3. I say "NO WAYS!" to that, I cannot wait that long as i am not a young buck anymore and dont want to take any chances so i still reckon November (or maybe earlier - we'll see )

DH's family is also VERY musical. They can all pretty much sing and/or play a musical instrument. My DH plays the drums - so guess what Connor will be taught when he is old enough? Its amazing how much he loves music now already. He has a couple of favourite songs already that when they come on he stops doing whatever he is doing and dances (well sways side to side) its too precious.

Girly - I am so with you on the musical thing ... couldn't hold a note if my life depended on it. Although I did play the piano, loooooong ago.
The nursery sounds bright and happy! You'll have to send pics once you get it done.
Thanks for looking at my charts. AF seems to be coming late in the day after a temp drop. But I do spot 2 or 3 days before AF. I know this is an indication of low progesterone so will probably have to do the cyclogest thing.
I have always spotted before AF and did fall pregnant before. But I am starting to think something is up.....
I don't feel like I got this month right so next month I plan to do the 36 hour thing and if still no go then I will definately be camping outside the gynaes room with my charts!!

Jelly - I read your thread about insomnia and my heart went out to you. I suffer from it normally but I just can not imagine what it must be like in your third trimester. {{hugs}} I really hope you find a solution soon.

Chan - if you really want them to see you earlier they cant exactly turn you away. If it costs R450 for peace of mind then its money well spent!

Wow some musical talent here! Lucy a degree, wow! DH's whole family are musical. But I dont have a musical bone in my body.
SueD sounds like you guys have a lot of fun! What type of bands do they cover? There's some good ones out there
DH has been in a band for 10yrs, but the last year or so its not as busy and they dont go all out to get gigs as the members are all getting older, family commitments etc. Also rock - but heavier rock.

Claire hope you can pass some details soon! But so glad you saw baba and that everything is fine

Angi agree with Lucy a bit. Often the first thing a gynae will do is ask you to chart for 2 months and then bring back your charts. But it does add stress to the situation.

Lucy I was studying your charts earlier, as something doesnt add up.
Your AF arrives without your temps dropping below the cover line. Then you have a rather long bleed & spotting, all the while your temps get lower and lower, and then O happens and they shoot up. Just wondering if it doesnt indicate something out of place? Not to scare you though, I'm no expert but thinking aloud.

AFM not much to report, except that this LO has turned into a position that means I feel her less, and it stressing me a bit. Only 6 days till my next scan though, can't wait!

Angi - I have been thinking about you (sounds like that song - hee hee) Sorry I am probably being a nosey parker again BUT ..... why don't you start temping now, so when you get to see your gynae you can give him more information. It will help him and probably cut out time he would have to spend figuring out if you are ovulating. Or if your LP is too short. If it is something silly like that then he has a better chance of helping you right there at that visit. Less waiting for your precious baba to arrive!!! Just a thought .........
