@ Kganya sorry dear,but they suppose to give you something minus the ML,that is how is done in some companies.

We do a six months evaluation here @ work and I was told since the first six moths was on ML they will only score me on the months that I was here which was three months and the next one will be 5 months.

Jaaaa ne being intimate with our better halfs...I must say I didnt go through any season...I dont know maybe its coz Im a Horny Little Devil , but there wasnt any change...we got our groove back when baby was 8weeks...and we've been at it and going strong but 1 thing I must say Im not the addict I used to be(all coz of him)...he felt/feels my drive is too high for him so now Ive sort of taken on his "routine". I was tired of being turned most of the time, coz it realy took a toll on my EGO!!!

Tell you what ? We have just came back from a staff meeting.Apparently the Co will be paying di bonuses end of the month to all staff who performed well.A review was done on every1 while I was away .

Bad news is that I aint gonna get it seeing that I was on ML.People are fuming here after we heard gore it will be given to THOSE WHO WENT THE EXTRA MILE IN THE PAST MONTHS.

Worst of all our yearly increments are due in April and they will be increased according to performence.This means those who are getting Bonuses now will have high %'s in their salaries in this case.

It's unfair cos I was on ML. They should at least give me something nyana for all the pains I've gone through during Thoriso's confinement & also for being a Great Mommie .
