hi guys.... i know this has been a long time coming... and i would like to thank all the ladies tht were wondering where i was n made an effort to contact me.. Thanks meags,kimika n joli.. Have been following u guys everyday but just not posting cse have been just worried and stressed about something happening.. but yea promise to be on more frequently now.. no today deff no personals,but kimika wow cupcakes looks delicious, n im sure they taste too.. yest i was bussy baking a lindt choc goddess cake and fererro rocher cupcakes.. n i was thinking of u

girls i have an almost 16week scan on monday n i know gyne is gonna shit me out.. i have lost weight in past month n actually weigh less then when i started off with this preg.. dont have MS OR nausea but just dont feel like eating... i know its not healthy.. yest had 1n 1/2 cheese bread for breakfast n afternoon cse i was bussy baking i said i would have a slice of cake or something,by the time i was done i had no apetite left... so only had supper which was a small pcs of steak with some broccoli and chips..i know its not enuff but i just cant help it... also i cant take any preg shakes or protien cse they just make me feel sick n im lactose intolerant also... last month when i went to the doc i had lost 1kg and i know in the past3weeks i have lost almost 2kg atleast.. my stomach is almost nonexsistent,but i went to the gp day b4 cse had been having cramps.. seen the baba move n stuff and also growing fine..
so yea...
faw--- i hope u get the job n i cant understand how some men think..but stay strongs girl

Morning ladies!!

Well I have a list of things to do today so hope that keeps me busy as my appointment is only at 16h15

I will come on just to update on the gender. Have to spend time with DH since I made such a fuss about it, so will post the scans tomorrow and update further then!

My cat is really like a child...man he annoys me sometimes! If he wants to eat, he must eat now. First he paws at the cupboards so they kind of hit against eachother making a noise. so I put something against it to stop the noise. Then he knocks over my water bottle. so I move it away. Then he jumps onto my dressing table and knocked over all my lotions, make up etc! It went flying across the room and under the bed and he ran away!
So I fed him. I then go to the loo and he comes and sits with me and starts playing with the extra toilet rolls stacked up on each other on the floor....gosh it just never ends. I think he wants to go outside but since it's wet - he takes his energy out inside!!

as for DH...well...lets just see if he even makes it to the appointment on time!
and Kimika, for us, 3 weeks without sex is normal...I know that doesnt sound healthy. but it's been like that for 2 years now. he is so stressed with work that sunday is our only 'sex' day! (I think that's sad how we have a sex day but anyway!!) Then some sunday's he is hungover, the house is on show, I'm tired. so ya... guess he'll miss it because he cant have it....

and Kimika, thanks for just making us CRAVE cupcakes so early in the morning!!! My word they look delicious and I need to have a party just to order some!! And I think the photos came out well

oh yes...there actually is a name for a male midwife!! it's accoucher. DH is also not convinced about having a man deliver our baby...I'm going to email the guy and ask some questions. Surely he doesnt do ALL the births?! he must have back up midwives?!

AFM: All going well, my boy is better with the earache, but he says its making funny noises in his ear now....mmmm, hope its just the medicine working.
And it rained so much last night here! Wow, we are SO grateful to God for that. We still need rain so much, our dam level is at 50% now, much better than the 20% of last year this time, but we still on restrictions so I hope it rains much more today still.
Oh! and Hubby felt our little girl move this morning! He was sooo chuffed, hehe.

Preggie wise all fine, my stomach feels flatter (no more bloat) so maybe I'm just getting used to it cause my dh says it looks about the same. Still no kicks My gynae said definitely in the next week or so!!!

LOL Kimika. Shame are you struggling with your eating habits. I would to if I were to bake yummy goodies like that! I don't have much of an appetite and I'm so off sweets so I'm happy about that. Yesterday I ate 1 small yoghurt which made me nauseous, 2 weetbixes before that, 2 naartjies, a bit of oxtail and rice which was left from Sunday and last night I made cottage pie, but couldn't get anything down. Had like 5 bites of it.

It takes some time to get use to a camera, but you've done so well. Try to put the cam on single focus and then you move that little block which you can see on where you want to focus. Not sure if this makes any sense!

Yes, he says that he might be working in PTA or Krugersdorp or wherever and it might be traffic time and how will I get to hospital if he can't make it in time. And the guys working for him needs to be taken home and the kids need to be taken care of etc. etc. And he says that if things doesn't go according to plan, I will blame him anyways for not thinking about these things which is probably true ! Also told him that he needs to educate himself on what I want during labour and make sure that it happens! So he said that ya it won't help cause once I'm in labour I keep changing my mind on what I wants etc. etc. But surely he should just stick to the original plan. He's one of those people where everything must have a plan and everything is think through and all the what if's are taken care of - and I'm the total opposite - sort things out when it happens.

Kimika - I think I'm gonna order some cupcakes from you for Megan's birthday in December!

Meags - so excited about your scan - can't wait to hear whether's it's pink or blue!! You MUST come update AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!!

Girls, if you are battling with constipation, I have found thatif you eat a granny smith apple it helps.I have been so constipated and had one apple last night and boy oh boy not even 5 min later I had an "eruption" lol sorry for the TMI....lol
