I am the same - over the weekend I was MASSIVE SOO BLOATED and big. Then today I woke up and my belly felt flatter than ever and I'm even wearing a non preggy dress. It's wonderful to feel so much less bloated I must say!

Mommyjess- I take chela-preg. It is like a smaller flat smartie. It is sugar coated and slips down easily. I battle to swollow pills and i manage these. Good luck.

Karin - I hope your LB gets better soon. So horrible when children are sick!!

Meags - I have also looked and they are all 3rd trimester. You can get the angel care (which claims from 12 weeks) for just over R600 on wantitall website. But that is more than i want to spend ....... especially when they are 18 pounds in the uk!!

I've noticed something strange. I used to eat a lot of yoghurt, but now all of a sudden, whenever I eat yoghurt I get all this phlegm in my throat and get nauseous! Wonder whether it's got something to do with the pregnancy!

My tummy is also smaller in the mornings than in the afternoons. Got my 5th BIG kick today! He he baby is very active - love the movement.

Shame Karin - it's hard to see our little ones being sick.

I have actually been SEARCHING to buy a fetal doppler so I can listen to the heartbeat every day. but I just cant find one anywhere??????? Baby city has, but it's the bigger one and I am sure it will only work well from about 24 weeks once baby is bigger.

mommy-jess. at this point we are just wanting to settle on a date. I will start a thread and see if we can gather enough people.
I guess it may be somewhere between the north and the east though. probably more towards the east by greenstone mall or somewhere. and time is not confirmed either.
any suggestions from you??
as for the tablets - sorry!! I have no advice cant you try a smaller one??

Lucy - sorry about the tick fever girl... hope you will get well soon and that baby will be just fine, Im sure of it.

Meags - I also experience the small tummy, big tummy thing... my tummy in the morning is real small and flattish, and in the afternoon and night is balloons to huge! But some days it stays smallish and I've even told my friend that I don't feel pregnant some days... so I guess it's part of the package... I think we should enjoy it...LOL ... soon we will be just huge and waddling!

Hello to everyone else!

AFM: My little boy is sick today He has an ear infection after the last two weeks that he suffered from bad sinus and allergies (that time of the year for the ones that suffer from it) and he had it bad, now its gone into an ear infection so he is in pain and my GP prescribed him antibiotics this morning. Hope it works quick. He is sleeping on the couch at the moment... poor baby.
