Shols - I used Centrum Meterna until now, and switched over to Ciplaton Preg. Same thing just branding and price.

CathM - How cute! I can't wait until we see a little button like that!

I have a question:

Have any of you experience mild period like cramps? My sister in law says it's normal and could last untill about 12 weeks. I should only worry if it is extremely painfull and if I experience bleeding with it as well.

As you can imagine, I am a little paranoid...


I'll prob relax once I've seen the doc.

My doc prescribed Omega Preggie (something like that) which contains folic and all you need. It meant it was only like R15 as it was on medical aid. Apart from that as long as your supplement has 400 mcg then it's cool - from what I've read. I think you also only take it up to 3 months. I know Taz I must say it has made ALL the difference seeing the movement - of course the gynae says all the movement is involuntary but we beg to differ!

Is anybody able to help to tell me which brand of folic acid they are on - Im on 1 that has a combination of folic and B12 - will that be a problem?

jA ISN'T HE TOO CUTE? i TRIED to put up the one where his little legs and arms were waving but no luck. He has the most beautiful profile (I think!)

Next scan is 13 Sept so I'll wait patiently til then!

Maryke from Genesis said due date back to March which does fit with my LMP. So am apparently due 2 March or thereabouts! But as we all know, who knows! I'm very happy with my choice of Genesis VERY nice atmosphere. Obviously depends on how things progress, but if all is 'normal' that is where I'll be.
