Ok I've had a read ..... I've missed a lot! Here goes to testing the porridge brain!

Shols - I am from the north coast (Salt Rock) I also had an MC. What I did was break it up into milestones. First was getting past 7wks (when I had my last MC) and then was today's scan, and so on ..... it has helped a bit but I have still lost the plot on occasion and the ladies have been fab!

Tazzy - Thanks the gynae was not stressed about bleeding. (It was bright red) So I am not either.

LeRoux - Welcome. Yippee another Mommy!

Re: the which supplement debate! My gynae has just taken me off my chela-preg and told me folic acid only and the multi vits will definitely be making MS worse. He said the multi vits are only necessary after 12 weeks. He also said that calcium will exacerbate the MS. So he prescribed folic forte! Hope that helps.

I swore I would not take anything ..... but I had to have a break, so I have taken vomifene.

My folic acids are written Ferro\folic I hope they are really good they are orange in colour and my first pregnancy I had yellow ones,the thing is I do not trust the DR I went to .I need a gynae in Witbank,Tritchardt or Secunda the best please help if you can

Meemo I hadly have cramps on the abdomen but at the stomach,I think burning acid of some sort as earlier this year was sick had gastro acid and was unbearable.

Do the pharmacy have pills for MS,eish I need them just can't wait to pass the 1st trimester hope this time it will stop as my last pregnancy it was through out especially if I ate chocolate or been in a car.

My scan went really well! Bushbaby is measuring ahead at 8w2d and had a super strong heart beat of 161.

Leroux - Glad you in the Cape. Was just wondering how is the weather? Must I pack Winter or Summer clothes???? I am fed up of Winter clothes Do you thik I can wear long skirts, short sleeved tops and sandals with a jersey, or is it still too cold. Here it is nice and hot already.

Francois' Ouma lives in the Strand, in the Old age home. Altea or something... Very nice, right on the beach.

I love Somerset! That whole area! Any ideas of nice things we can do there?

I know about waiting for the appointment. I am waiting over two weeks, not going to sleep tonight I made sure I had things on every day so time goes faster.

Shame, are you unpacked yet? It took me months! What kind of puppies do you have? I am sure you will love the full house :

It's a bit hectic because we only moved into our new house 2 months ago with the addition of to puppies as well! (both about 16 weeks now) Next year it'll be a FULL HOUSE! LOL

I am on the Pharmaton vitamin..somethign like matruelle.. It has 600 mcg folic acid, omega 3 and all the B vits.

Wonder if gynae will change it.

leroux - Welcome! So glad you joining us. I am now 7 weeks (I think, will know tomorrow) and I get all sorts of funny pains. Some are like peroid cramps, some are like a stitch, others a pulling feeling, sometimes in middle of the abdomen, other times only to one side.

It really freaked me out at first, but so many people tell me it is normal. Our bodies are going through a hell of a change, so everything inside is stretching and moving ect. But I am going for my first appointment tomorrow, so I will let you know what my Doc says.

Shols - I think I am 7 weeks exactly tomorrow. According to my LMP. I live in PTA, so far from you.

Just got back from shops, and I give up. No one has any ginger sweeties!

MS is rather bad today, but its ok....

It is almost 1, and I have not packed a thing yet!!! Going out at 3, so need to make the best of these 2 hours.

DH is home tomorrow, and I hate packing infromt of him, he moans cause I take too much. So need to finish TODAY!!!
