Hello There Everybody.
I'm a newbie to the site, and thought I could spend the last few days of "waiting" with you all. Due date is the 26th and am expecting a baby boy! This is my first day of maternity leave and am already tired of "waiting". 10 more days to go to due date!
Am scared, anxious, excited, nervous, worried and elated. Very very strange combination of feelings! (Hope I'm not the only one feeling all of this)
Am really tired of "being pregnant" now.

But guess I shouldn't complain too much. Its been a good pregnancy, minimal discomfort throughout and non of the major pregnancy gripes, such as heartburn etc. All has gone really well. Just the last few weeks have been super tiring, swollen feet / hands and incredibly sore back.
My husband and I have been married for almost 3 years, We started trying last year and unfortunately had a miscarriage towards the end of last year at 9 weeks. Fell pregnant fairly quicly after the D&C and here I am. Having baby at Parklane, which I see is quite a popular choice with the ladies on this thread.. My bags are packed and ready am ready to go. Car seat is in and ready to be used. Pram just needs to be "built" ( Wheels need to be clipped in, basket put in at the bottom)
Wishing you all lots of luck with your prospective labours / c sections. And hope that the rest of us playing the "Waiting Game" will keep each other company during this frustrating, tiring yet super duper exciting time.
Is this the first baby for anybody?
Hope to hear from you all in the morning.
Have a super evening.
