@Google, ditto will be spending more of tomorrow's eid with hubby's family.

Are all of you going to be using the dummies if needed?

WE've been given all clear for natural birth.

got some morning glory, plus I'm walking a lot. Hoping Baby Boy will be 4 weeks old if not more by Xmas. I know I'm pushing it.

Yes GML, I've been told to NOT walk a lot because it can bring on labour. Same as I am not allowed any spicy food, baths or sex. These are all said to bring labour on and Ty MUST stay put till Tuesday!

Suhaila

We bought 2 pacifiers yesterday. We're taking it in as a "just in case".

WE got those thermometer ones that take baby's temperature whilst sucking on it.

Ladies try walking. Whilst out shopping yesterday, walking around the mall (brisk walk) I could really feel that it was having an effect on my pelvic area.

By the time we got to the car It felt like baby was right there. Walking helps ladies.

I do feel like I'm going to pop

Hehe! Glad I could make you giggle.

Yes HOT baths are bad but you can have a warm bath. Too warm is when you overheat in the bath or your skin goes red.

Enjoy your lunch. I'm going to see what I can find now x

Me again....

Champers, I found the comment about muslims not being allowed to bath hilarious. I must say, I agree that showering is more hygienic but theres definitely no restrictions on bathing. (If I do bath, I tend to quickly rinse off with the shower, but thats just me being weird, not a religious thing). But aren't you supposed to avoid hot baths during pregnancy anyway? Something about the high temperatures being dangerous for baby? Or maybe thats only in the first trimester. Champers, I did the same on Sunday afternoon, sat on the little baby step of the pool doing nothing till the sun got too much.

Suhaila, we'll also split the day between the two families, but for the second eid we tend to spend more of the day with hubby's family since they are closer to where we go for qurbani. I also love the burfee (then again I love all things sweet).

GML, sory not everyone was able to make it for your shower, but glad you enjoyed it. And you get another one, yay.

Simone, glad to hear you're feeling better.

We bought a set of pacifiers, but want to try not to use them at all unless we get desperate.

Me thinks its lunch time. Lucky for me our canteen is just a few metres away, will see whats good today.

Oh ok. When I was in the UK my muslim friend told me that she wasn't allowed to bath because its considered unhygenic. Only showering.

So hot. Been sitting in a bikini next to the pool with the dogs. Had to come inside to escape the heat!

Yes I am taking a pacifier, just in case.
