mommies to be DECEMBER 2010

Hi Guys.

Not sure any of you remember me. I was on this forum a while back. But haven't had time to log back on and write anything.

My son Riley Chad was born on the 1st of December at 15h50 weighing in at 3kg's and 48cm's long. A few weeks into breastfeeding we discovered that he is Lactose Intolerant so he is now on S-26 LF formula - what a mission to find the stuff. But ever since starting it, he is doing so great. He is now 11 weeks old and weighs just over 5.5kg's. He is so good and a fantastic sleeper. (GREAT FOR ME... )

Its been great to go back and read up on everyone's baby's. So glad things went well for everyone!

I hope to be able to log in a little more regularly now that I'm back at work and settled in nicely!

Maryke @ is Lactogen the same as HA? Hypo allergenic? WOW... waking up 2-3 times a night is HECTIC!! Shame man... Hope they start sleeping a little better soon, or at least longer between feeds. Mikayla turned 4 last month... Some days she is okay with W, other days she drives us nuts! Probably cause she had ALL my attention ALL the time.. its a big adjustment for her!

Happy Valentines Day! Anyone have any special plans?? We are not going out, just not keen on schlepping two kids out on a week night. We are just going to get take out and I booked Eat.Pray.Love for tonight.

Hi there ladies

Sorry that i chat only now but Claytin is doing great inthe neckmass it is getting smaller byday and then worry my self in a state because the docs suspect hd with menegitis and now i have to take him in for some test because hd is in hospital been admitted this afternoon because he is just getting worst.

Tommorow im off to the docs to see what is wrong with Claytin because high fever and dont drink well and vomitted 80% of his feeding out and he is restliss when he sleeps and just give a screamlike cry noise and that isn't like he is he normaly just cry not like that, so the gp told me today that hd is cotagious so must problely all of us got it so have to go for some tests tommorow. Hope we dont have it.

I had them on Nan HA but the pead said they are hungry babies so they are on Lactogen now but they still want to eat 3hrs takes alot out of me we also put them down from 6 ish but I battle with them then it's like they not tired so I went with ther flow now and here at 7 or 7;30 they want to bath eat and sleep then they go down easier just a little bit of soothing but they still wake up 2-3 times sometimes 4 times a night to feed but it will get easier eventually

Frances-Jane is okay with them she was a bit jealous when they got home for about two weeks now she doesn't have a problem with them at all

Can't wait to move out of this rental it's cramping my style just joking but it is to small all my stuff is put here and there and still in boxes ag jong 4 more months

Wian went for his injections today. He weighs 6.5kg and 61cm @ 11 weeks. Going for allergy tests on Monday. He is doing much better on Nan HA though. Wian wakes up once of twice a night. I put him down at about 6ish and sometimes he only wakes up a 3 for a feed! So happy that he is sleeping better!

How are the twins Maryke? Sleeping well? What formula are they drinking? How is your little girl adjusting to them? We had a hard time with Mik but she is much better now. I saw you are planning your kitchen for your new house! woohooo so exciting!!
