Dad: No Dylan no tubbies now.

Dylan T u b b i e s!

Dad: Dylan look outside. It is still dark. Tubbies are sleeping!

Dylan: T U B B I E S!!!!!!!!!

Dad: Go get a book and climb into bed with mommy.

Daylan: Mommy BOOOOOOOK!

I just have to share this

A colleague of mine just came in with her 2 year old to the office because nanny didint pitch this morning.

Anyhoo, she was on the phone with her husband and as she was about to drop the call - little girl said Bye daddy my angel (in funny baby language, but you could make out what she was saying) It was just soo precious !!!

Apparently her daddy calls her angel all the time !

Yes, its amazing how quickly you just become "mommy". When you get married it takes forever to think of yourself with a new surname and a Mrs and not a Miss. But Mommy just comes so naturally!

Missy is really being difficult right now, day and night, but I was looking under the bed for lost socks, shoes etc and she copied me and we both came up together and our heads were right together and she wanted a kiss!

It makes 3 hours of sleep a night seem all worth it!

And also not much of a oooooo ahhhhhh Mommy, but has a SIL & MIL who can truely irritate the crap out of me with their ooooooo's.

Okay, so this morning my mom came to our house to fetch my LG. She watches her when I have to work. My LG was in her chair eating breakfast and my mom wanted to pick her up. But she turned to me, grabbed my huge "baby boy" stomach and gave me a HUGE hug! Too precious.

Oh, and I love referring to myself as Mommy nowadays! Especially when I have a solo conversation with me

have any of you seen the movie "The Backup Plan"? It's a very nice movie and there is a part in there which is so true. A man is telling a father to be what being a parent is like and he says "It's AWEUL AWFUL AWEFUL and then they do something cute and then it's great and you just love them and then just like that it goes back to AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL!!! I just loved this!

Julz, isn't it amazing how they can fit a line from the Barney song in anywhere??? Cute man!! Reece learnt a new word... "WHY" not that he has a cooking clue why he is saying it, he just thinks it's funny and says it out of the blue.
