I must say that I also read that the Clomid can delay periods. But I am not getting my hopes up - it just gets too disappointing!

When i was 1 day late i took a pregnancy test and it was negative, then on the 4th day my period arrived. The acne ect is the extra hormones, i had it too.

I think that it was the Clomid that delayed it, as i am never ever late for my period, like clock work, and i read many many posts on the net about it and nearly everyone said that there period was delayed. So i am assuming, i havnt been to the gynae for a long time nw, well since June. i got this clomid from my normal house doc. He gave me three months worth, so i am thinking that i should go soon to the gynae or wait until i am finished this course (one more month left)

I was also very very confused and also didnt want to get my hopes up too.

If you dont come on by Friday, then i would go have a blood test done, who is yout gynae?

I really need some advice please.

Kades Mom: you said that you think your Clomid was the cause for delayed periods.... do you know if that was actually the case?

I did a Clearblue Plus home pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I haven't started my period for two days. I've suddenly got acne on my chin and a milky discharge.

My doctor said I should wait till Friday and go for a blood pregnancy test because he is not convinced that 'I am not pregnant'.

I said that the Fertomid shouldn't delay the periods either.

I am slightly confused and I don't want to get my hopes up again. What do you guys think?

Appreciate any advice.
