I was on the injection for many years and in November 2012 I stopped using the injection and went on the pill for 3 months. As from March 2013 I have not used any contraceptives and we are still yet to get our BFP.

well personally i am also clueless, but hopefully one of the ladies here will point you in the right direction. It turns out TTC is not as easy as i have thought, so yaa, we are all hopeful in here that 2015 will be the year. I hope you get your BFP soon. Are you using anything to pinpoint your fertile days or do you just BD throughout the cycle?

Hi Ladies,

I have been off the injection for over 11 months and having been ttcing for the past 5 months using Clomiphene and still no luck.

Really stating to get worried if I ever will be successfull, my 4 yr old is in need of playmate

Any advise on what I can try next.

@ P4M1, I am temping this cycle and bought a digital thermometer from Clicks for R40 I think Temping first thing in the morning and then in the evening as well.

@ Morgan, I like your positive attitude about the IUI and I also believe that you are going to get your BFP after one round. That would be so wonderful shopping for baby clothes and I tend to find myself looking at the most gorgeous baby clothes when I am in the mall. I called my medical aid a while ago and they said that they do pay for the blood work tests that I had done but now the medical aid has rejected the Pathcare invoice and I have to pay it So if hubby's results come back fine I will have to pay for the other tests myself as well . Oh well what must be done must be done. Also my hubby LOVES calamari, chips and onion rings and could eat them every day.

@ Lillyr, I also have slight cramping on my left hand side but I am due to ovulate soon but my symptoms is not consistent so I am a little clueless when it comes to predicting ovulation. I hope that you get your answers about the cramping soon What a terrible dream to have and I also only realised once I started talking on various forums that miscarriages happens more than I thought but don't let the dream get you down

@ lillyr - As P4M1 says, trust your body. I know that sometimes you 'feel' something or think you feel something that isn't there but I think that if it is a persistent (but not painful) cramping, it should probably be ok.

Thanks guys. Hoping this is a good thing. not just for her but for me also. Going to need mucho, mucho $$ to pay for IUI. Even though it is only one month because I firmly believe that it will work first time round! Then, it's shopping for baby!!

This month I started to BBT
Never done it before so it takes some getting used to
I have an old mercury thermometer that I have to shake down each night before I go to bed. Thinking of buying a digital one the end of the month
Still don't really understand the whole BBT thing
