Nothing much on my side. CD29 for me today. No sign of AF yet. Had a 31day cycle last month with the higher dose of Fertomid so just waiting patiently to see what happens.

Hubbies appointment for his SA has been confirmed for next week Wednesday So glad that this is happening as it has been very heavy weighing on me. Really hope that we have not wasted time in delaying his test ....

@Hails - I am happy that you had such a good appointment. Let us know how it goes with DH's biopsy. Is it going to be painful and how long is the procedure?

Just an update from my side:
DH will go for his SA next week Thursday and I will be going for the laparoscopy on the same day (doctors room still has to confirm) I am exited and scared everything is coming together now and I believe that everything will work out. I must say we didn't really try this last cycle, I am thankful for that actually I needed the break

@Blou - we are using Staminogro - it is a bit expensive but it works for me and DH, my gynaecologist said I can take that with folic acid. However I don't really have any advise on how to prevent cleft palate

@Jay-Bee how did the second dose of pills go?

So the doctor prescribed Autrin capsules for common anaemia because of my low iron, will be taking them along with iron vitamins and folic acid, hope it helps

Hi ladies...

So i was in a frantic panic as my 21 day cyce is 5 days late...so im thinking my body has decided to click back to a 28 day cycl like ive alwayd had (except) the passed 3 months...so i have pos yet waiting 2 more days till then28 day cycle due date as 21 day are over..boobied are so..i have heartburn and im swollen so thats a sign af could be on the way...

@Chanti I was only taking a Folic Acid supplement, but I just went and bought Vital's Iron Complex, it also has Vitamin C and B1, B2, B6, B12 and more folic acid. I knew folic acid was very important to me as my husband and father in law were both born with cleft palate, and therefore we have a higher chance than most of having a baby born with that, any one else here have advice on how to try and prevent cleft palate?

Are there any other vitamins that I should be taking?

@Liza - It shows how different it is when someone who cares about you treats you and somebody who is just doing their job hey. FX for an easy treatment plan for you two.

@Blou - Are you on any multi-vitamin at the moment?
