Yes would seem that we are cycle buddies now, you count from the first day (Yesterday) then we are on CD2 today.

My cycles where also messed up when I came off BC, go with the most recent cycle you had (28 days) and start testing from cd9 - cd18.
Every women is different but I usually O around cd13-15

Feeling a bit better, cramps just very bad it helps to stay distracted with work

@ Liza, I got bad ovulation cramps as well so not looking forward to that or the really tender bb's on the 100mg. Starting to get a bit hot now but love it as its freezing in Cpt.
I have read that the pills will stay in your system for the un-medicated month just after, so good luck for this cycle or the next! Actually looking forward to having a break from these pills next month.

@ Nikita, did Lancet email you the whole report or did he just give you the result? The reason I am asking is that Pathcare gives a small section on how to interpret the results. Its normally measured in nmol/L and with Pathcare one needs to be between 16 and 60.
I am sure Lancet is similar so then your result of 41.3 is a great level and a good ovulation

It says 41.30 nmo1/1 ? Don't really know what to make of it. Is it good is it bad, should I phone the gynie?

I have been quiet for a few days, AF arrived on CD 28, waiting for results from doctor on blood test if everything is fine with that, I am now on CD 6 waiting to start with the OPK's soon. I am a bit confused, after stopping BC, I had 3 cycles of 24 days and now the last one was 28 days, when should I start testing for ovulation, based on 24 or 28 day cycle?

@ Jaybee this would be my last cycle with the Fertomid. If AF arrives this weekend were starting our first cycle without the pills.

You are very brave in taking those pills so early! But everyone differs maybe your effects arent as bad as mine was. My hotflushes only started fading last week.

My first cycle of Fertomid 100mg was quite similar to the previous with the 50mg. Expect for the cramps during ovulation and just before AF.

Second cycle was far worse and i got a lot more side effects and also a very late AF.

Appointment is now at 15:30, Ill be leaving work soon and going straight there

My AF also arrived late last evening, do you then count today as day 1 or yesterday? Bit confusing...
