@ Liza, I also wanted a scan with each cycle of Fertomid but the Gynae was not phased and I could never get an appointment. Most of the ladies I have spoken to have had the ultra scans done to check the follies and how the pills are working. You are on the right path now and so much closer to the BFP!

I must say that WOW I was so hot during the day and was cooking at night and I had the most bizarre dreams. The 100mg means business

@ Mrs Smith, I also read a while ago on Google that some women use baby aspirin while ttc with good results.

AFM, besides cooking yesterday and weird dreams all is good but who knows what the second dose of pills will bring.

P4M1 - it does sound like a chemical pregnancy to me. I'm really really sorry xx

nikita - that sounds like a really good strong ovulation result.

blou sonneblom - those first two shorter cycles could have been as a result of your body still trying to stabilise from the bcp. For a 28 day cycle it is recommended to start testing with opks on cd 9 i think.

AFM - I'm half toying with the idea of taking low dose aspirin daily this cycle (81mg a day). i've read a few things saying it could help with conception etc. Anyone know anythign about this or have any further info? still googling.

@Chanti dinner went great!! Were going end next week. We discussed what we have done so far. Must say he was not very happy when he heard that i was given 100mg Fertormid only on my second cycle.
Basicly according to him this whole process has not been monitered as it should have been.

We'll do hubbies SA next week and with our visit we'll do a sonar on me and then decide on a treatment plan. At this stage i am just hoping that there is nothing else wrong and that we can just get on a treatment plan and get that BFP!

Hello all! Thanks for the advice, I do not usually notice signs that ovulation is near but will look out for them this month, If I run out of OPK's I will just buy another pack this month, I am sure it will be worth it I am on CD 7 today so will start testing in the next day or two

Got blood test results this morning, all is fine except I do not have enough Iron in my blood, so will go and get some iron supplements today! I see that can have an effect on fertility as well

@Nikita - To me it looks like it falls under luteul phase which is the phase after ovulation... Seems good to me?

@Blou - I agree with P4M that it should be around CD13 - CD15, do you usually get any telltale signs that O is near, maybe you could try use those as an indication as when to start testing if you have a limited supply of OPK's.

@Liza - How did the dinner go?

Evening ladies. So we went to see Dr Bell and DH is scheduled for a biopsy on Friday. Doc says that his testes are a tiny bit smaller than normal and says we need to find out whether any sperm is actually being produced with taking the tissue sample from the biopsy. Dr Bell is amazing, his receptionist is amazing too. He handled us so well and gave us all the information regarding our choices etc. I was so impressed I would recommend him to anyone.

Will let you all know what the outcome of the biopsy is when I have the news.
