Trying for a 2016 baby

Hope everyone had a great Monday (or at least as good as it could be for a Monday )

I had an exam yesterday, not thinking a distinction is on the cards but I am pretty sure I will pass. Cant really say it was my main focus as I really was trying to figure out what was going on with my fertility signs. FF has me ovulating on CD15 which is pretty much what I thought.

Like you Mrs Smith, not holding out too much hope for this cycle, but that smidgen is there, crossing my fingers and really really hoping something somehow is going to make it happen this month.

no I don't temp, never have! BUT I have been on pregnancy forums for a number of years so have read a lot LoL.

I'm also not holding out much hope for this month, we barely did anything, but deep down there is still always that smidgen of hope and wonder. Only time will tell. Holding thumbs for you.

@ Mrs Smith - Thank you. Do you also temp? You have so much knowledge about so many topics, it really helps alot. Arghhhh deep deep down I hope my temps stays up, but I dont want to be disappointed again.
I also dont really know how long my cycle will be this month as it always was 28/29 days and last month for the first time it lasted 32 days. So I dont know where I will end this month.

Jay-Bee - good luck with the progesterone test! I really hope it shows that you did ov. I also wonder if you could ask the dr how the results would differ if you ovulate slightly later in your cycle than 'normal'? Because I'm assuming you're only going on CD 21, as that's normally when progesterone tests are done, which would only really show a positive result if you ov around CD 14 I think. Yet there are countless people who only ov around CD 18-21 (I used to ov in that window myself). If that were the case then I would assume the progesterone test would show you didn't ov, when you did but only later. Maybe worth asking? Not sure if Fertomid maybe makes you ov earlier though.

Oh, just read your response to ninies about going on CD 23. How long are your cycles normally? If they are 32-35 days then you could well be ovulating later in your cycle which would presumably make the progesterone result not all that accurate as an indicator of ovulation. If they're only around 28-30 days then it would be more accurate.

Ninies - your temps will continue to rise and be high until AF is about to start, at which point they will suddenly drop (unless pg).

@ Ninies, it is normal called a CD23 or CD23 day test as it tests your Progesterone levels. If the level is high you ovulated but if it is low you didn't. It does not give you a ovulation date. I didn't ovulate last cycle, but holding thumbs for this one.

Having a nice high temperature is a good sign, holding thumbs that you get your BFP this Sunday!

@ Jay-bee - It is good if FF confirmed ovulation for you. Will the progesterone test detect the exact date of ovulation aswell or does it only detect ovulation? I have not been for such a test.

AFM I am on CD26 today. Should be about 11/12 DPO. My temperature this morning was 0.2 higher than the past few days. I dont know if it is supposed to climb before AF and then suddenly dip...All new to me...

I dont have much symptoms to spot except for sore nipples, and a few cramps in my tummy today which could be due to AF. They sure feel like AF cramps.

How is everyone else doing? How is my other 3 cycle buddies doing?

If AF does not arrive I think I will test on Sunday. But again not much hope for this cycle...

Well i thought that I ovulated on Sunday or yesterday as my temp has been steadily rising but according to Fertility Friend I ovulated on Saturday which makes me 3DPO today

Going for my Progesterone test on Monday and so hoping it will show that I did ovulate but if not then I will be put on Fertomid 100mg

Who is testing this week?
