Hi everyone,

Lush - Sorry no experience to answer your question but hang in there & stay positive, try to take it all one step at a time :)

Chanti - We've decided to try this cycle - OPK tomorrow - hopefully we didn't miss ovulation - I'm CD8 today so if everything inside works like it should, we should be okay :silly: . I've never had any issues with strange menstrual cycles or pain so hoping for the best. Decided to rather try and see what happens, than wait longer and then discover possible issues which would have been better to discover while younger - if that makes sense!

Still getting used to all these abbreviations lol :)

From the posts I know some ladies had a tough couple of months - don't know you, but keep you in my thoughts & prayers!

Ladies... I have come to the realisation today that nobody understands the TTC journey like you do... To me there is no point in really confiding in people out of the TTC ring as they simply can not fathom what it is like to have to try a little (some lots) longer and you end up feeling like a fool for trying to explain your feelings to them. Is it just me or do you all have the same situation?

I should be ovulating now sometime, not using any 'detectors' this month and just carrying on.

@Anzel & Liza - How is this cycle treating you? Anzel you must be in the TWW now?

@EmJ - Have you decided yet if you are going to try this next cycle? You must be so excited :woohoo:

@RissaR - Are you on the TTC journey or thinking of starting?

Ouch... Well I hope that whatever decision the two of you settle on doesn't affect your marriage or how you feel about one another. A lady at my bible study was telling us how she always wanted 4 kids and her hubby only wanted 3, so after her third baba was born she stayed on the pill and 10 years later she got her 4th little surprise. Moral of the story, if it is meant to be, it will happen! I do hope you can change DH's mind though. Have u thought of using statistics in ur argument? Trying to prove that children with siblings do better in life than those that are only children?? I have no idea if there is such a study but perhaps it could help your argument :woohoo:

@tanyaS - Do you think DH is going to budge at all on his decision to only have one? Has he asked you to go onto a contraceptive or is he still happy with just BD'ing with no protection. If so, perhaps he isn't too sure he only wants one.

Morning everyone!

Hope you have all had a great week so far?

@liza and chanti - glad you ladies are taking it easy for a bit, its been such a stressful few months for you

@chanti - shame man, is it not maybe a uti? hope you feel better really soon

@anzel - how are you? how are the books and the marking coming along?

afm - cd 28 today, only 7 dpo, i only ov'd round cd 21 i think, so af should be around by tuesday? no real symptoms, i just had a bit of af cramping yesterday, but thats way too early. I have been keeping a spreadsheet this month of whats been happening everyday regrads to cm, twinges etc so i can compare every month going forward and not drive myself insane thinking maybe this was it. I doubt anything will happen this month as we only bd twice in the fertile period - didnt want to push him too much this month seeing as he doesnt want another at the moment
