Those are my exact symptoms except for the bloat, my bloat only starts on the day of AF. The pain has now extended throughout my cycle though and even onto when AF has ended

Its only been like that for the last say 5/6 cycles and I have been getting (TMI) blood clots at the end of my period along with intense pain once AF has left! My progesterone is clearly fine based on the last tests... will def ask the doc if it could be endo.

I'm NOT saying you do have endo. But, in my case, that was exactly it. My other symptoms included:
- painful intercourse (at times)
- very bloated just before AF arrives and then diarree during the first day of two of AF's arrival
- I needed to take meds to get through the first 2 days, otherwise I could not make it at work.

It is always so wonderful to just have a POA in place. Once that is done, you feel more in control and you know that it is not trying indefinately, but trying ...and then going for extra assistance if not succeeding. And...let me tell you. We had our 2nd IVF booked and planned for Feb 2014 (Lee would have been 11months old then) - and we fell pg naturally over Dec 2013. So save up the money, make the appointments now already and then just "play around in the bedroom" and who knows!? You might just use all your IVF savings for a nursery as you might get a surprise along the way.

We have already booked our next IVF for end of Nov. I do not have the courage to try for 3 years again to fall pg. It is (like you've said) too draining.

So happy that you have a POA!!!

@ Chanti as of today i'm going to try and leave the whole TTC thing. I deleted all my apps and packed away all the test and things.
I said to hubby that we need to take a break and try again in the new year. This cycle had me seriously thinking that i would get my BFP. Its just so emotionally heartbreaking if you give your all with no results. And at this stage i am so angry at myself for getting my hopes up!

We visit our gynie friend last night and spoke about the possibility of being PG. He suggested i take a blood test on Monday if AF does not arrive.

He has given us all the options in going about gettin our BFP. We really want to try and concieve naturally but its going on 2 years and i'm drained.
We have spoke about IVF as it would not be as big of a expense seeing that we know the gynie. He is prepared to keep the cost from his side as low as possible. We would only have to pay the external parties in full. So we agreed that if we have not concieved by April 2016 then we would do IVF.

TTC since Jan 2014 to now
April 2015 - July 2015 Fertomid "Unsuccessful"
August 2015 - Oct 2015 Using Concieve Plus

Taking a break!!

April 2016 -Back on the TTC wagon

July 2016 ovulated 46.8
Oct 2016 Round 1 IVF - Unsuccessful

FET 2017 - 4 Frozen Embryo's

July 2017 - 1st FET Cycle

In my case, yes, the spotting for days before Af arrived was indicative of endo. I use to spot about 2 - 3 days (brown) and then my flow will start off being a little brown first and then only bright red. With terrible pain and cramping. When I had my first LAP done, they removed the endo (or a lot of it at least) and for about 6 months I had no spotting whatsoever and when AF arrived, she rocked up in full forse and bright red. Just before my 2nd. LAP, again the spotting started, the pain and the brownish flow first.

AFter being pg, I only had 3 cycles in between baby 1 and 2 - and those were without any pain and no spotting. And now, I've had 7 cycles sofar since given birth to nr. 2 and again, no spotting, no pain and no brown flow at first.

FS explained:
Spotting usually NOT a problem. But in some cases it is indicative of endo or could indicate low progesterone. My progesterone was always great, so it was the former. I think what marked mine as problematic, was the fact that I had several days of spotting and brown flow.
