You can have your progesterone levels checked between 20 and 23 days to determine if you have OV'ed or not. Levels should be 16 and above to indicate good ovulation. They can also see the corpus luteum on an ultrasound around the same time to confirm ovulation. GL!!!

Nicola
So glad that all your plans are working out as scheduled. Now...just for the LAP....and then back to TTC.

Sammy
I understand it all too well. I would share in your concern. Follies grow at a rate of 1 - 3 mm per day. (Depending on whether the cycle is natural or medicated). I also think that your follies are on the smaller size for CD11, and I would think that you would OV more closely towards CD16...then CD14. During all my IUI's and TI cycles the FS gave the Ovidrel/Pregnyl around CD14 only...and I always OVed CD15/16. Never earlier. My follies were just not mature enough. According to my FS - follie sizes of 18 and above are most probably ready to release their eggies.

BUT - Fostimon will make our follies grow faster now...and I think your FS will check on Sunday...and if still not big enough - will maybe postpone the IUI with a day or two. No need to cancel the cycle!

Hi ladies

I have been so busy lately with work issues and don't have much time to visit the blog.

@Sammy: What an experience. you really went through a lot and I hope this time around you get blessed with a sticky bean soonest. With regards to the Follicles size, I have no answer for you. but I pray that the meds do the trick.

@Liza: I'm so happy that you started with your IVF journey. Lets trust God to take over and have the procedure successful the first round.

and for everyone hope you all still holding on to our good Lord's promise and know that his timing is perfect.

AFM: I'm on CD17 and I forgot my CD13 gynea's appointment due to this hectic work schedule, but I will just go by next week Monday to see if I ovulated. hopefully I will comeback more motivated on the TCC as now I just don't want to think a lot about it.

Hope you all have a great weekend ladies.

@Sammy I echo Jaybee....sorry I can't offer any advice but holding thumbs for you!!!! Let us know ok? xxx

AFM I'm on CD13. Went to hospital this morning for routine blood test to check for pregnancy ahead of my lap on Monday. Funny thing is the last week my tummy has suddenly protruded and looks slightly preggos but i've already had two periods so highly unlikely I am preg prob just endo inflammation or the fact i've eaten a lot of choccies this week!! she did an ultrasound anyway and shows i'm ovulating at the moment which is good news as it means my calculations are right on time :) So its all systems go for Monday and hopefully be back on the TTC wagon in 6 weeks or so.

Wishing you all a great weekend and hope we get a BFP soon.
