@Nicola - I was so sure I had replied to ur Q but I prob didnt click send! Visanne is a progesterone only pill that stops your cycle and hopefully the further growth of the endo. You can't take it while actively ttc as it stops ur cycle, however because we have to do ivf and very unlikely to conceive naturally, I am able to use it. It is designed specifically for endo.

How are the rest of you ladies doing?

AFM, have one more test to do and then we will get our programme from the specialist!!! So exciting!!

@Chanti, thank you so much for the info!! I am booked in to see gynae on 12 Sept and I think they will book hubby sperm test then too so am looking forward to moving forward a bit. What is Visanne? Sorry for my ignorance but new back in SA and am not sure of all the medication here! Is it like the pill? or just a pain reliever? YAY for your IVF in October!!! Cant wait to watch the journey xx

@jooste....yes I am actually looking forward to having the lap so I can put it behind me again! Although I do worry that I base all the blame on the endo for me not yet falling pregnant but as you said we can start again once I've had the endo removed and everything else checked Glad things are moving forward for you a bit now and wishing you all the best for this new month of ttc xxx
