Hey ladies!
@Ladies - Yes we have had a bit of help from my folks which has been amazing!! I am so excited to get started! If you join us on IVF South Africa fb page you will get details about what the ladies are going through. I think the worst bit is egg retrievel and secondary to that would be the actual injections, the rest is painless. All women react to the meds differently, some have mood swings and others are completely fine. The best is to stay/eat healthily and prepare mentally/emotionally for the rollercoaster. Any idea on when you start?
@Ayesha - I hope things are on the up and up for you, I'm glad to hear you and hubby are trying to mend fences. Has that nausea turned into a BFP by any chance?
@nicola - the next steps would be to see a gynae, they would probably do blood tests to check your AMH/FSH levels as well as possibly testing hubby's sperm. Seeing as you will already being going for a lap that would be great to check your tubes at the same time. My "next steps" after not conceiving after 9 months was a lap due to an endometrioma and they then found blocked tubes which put an end to too much further testing so I can't offer any advice as to what else they might do. I hope your lap goes well! I have been on Visanne since December when I had my lap and it certainly feels like it is working wonders inside. No pain!
@Daisy - Cramps could possibly have been implantation??? You never quite know in the TWW

will just have to wait it out!
@Jooste - Any idea as to why ur cycle is taking so long??
AFM, it looks more and more promising that we will be starting IVF in OCtober which is only a month away!! Starting to get really excited and allowing myself to dream of pregnancy again! This has been a long "hopeless" year since receiving the news.
