Time to begin TTC 2018!

Hi ladies

So here's my opk no smiley yet but looks like either it's getting stronger or I missed the surge yesterday. Did CB on Thursday and then again twice today see pic attached! I can definitely feel ovulation pains just hope my hubby makes it back in time, he's supposed to he back tonight but job has been delayed so bummed was so exited for him to come home.

@ayesha I'm sorry about AF but now you can at least start your cycle again. I'm sorry about your mom, did they catch it in time? Hope AF goes away soon xxx
@mamaK oh yes I forgot those two!! Yes AF is Aunt Flow i.e. Period! We hate her haha!! And then AFM is As For me....when you want to give an update on you!! Xx

Morning mamak and welcome.

I was on stamino gro with my 1st pregnancy and it works wonders for both men and women I started taking it again.

I have put so much pressure on myself to fall pregnant so I say enjoy it as much as you can . I'm not even gonna try this month just want a huge break and I wanna have fun again

@Nicola Thank you so much for helping with the abbreviations, there is two more that I spotted AF (From reading all the posts i could pick up that it refers to your period) as well as AFM (not sure what this stands for, please help). I will not be doing opk's just yet, I'll give myself about 4months of just trying and probably start tracking then if nothing has happened.

DH and I are just having fun with it this time around. I put him and myself under SO much pressure with our 1st baby so I just want to take it easy. We BD a lot so it better just happen, lol! I'm on CD17 we'll see what happens this month.
Have any of you guys heard of Stamino Gro? DH used to take them when we were trying with the 1st baby, apparently they help boost the quality of the sperm. His urologist prescribed them to him when he told him that we were trying. We conceived the same month that he started taking them previously so I don't know if they are really that good or whether it was just a coincidence.
He said he will get them again end of this month, if we don't get a BFP.

Afm AF finally showed her ugly head. So I can finally start tracking a new cycle I'm so relieved that it's just delayed and not anything more serious. I tend to freak out as my mom had cervical cancer and it's hereditary

AFM...CD12. Haven't started the opk's yet, i was supposed to yesterday but I completely forgot work is so manic at the moment! so will do it just now when I need to pee again!! forgot this morning again haha!! maybe its coz my hubby is not here i havne't really thought about it much. He's back on Saturday morning so hopefully we still have a chance this month! no other news from me really. Water restrictions are getting more strict as of 1 Feb and they already starting to set up water collection points so this day when the taps run dry is coming very quickly its so scary

AFM, no symptoms, bloat gone and wondering if I am actually pregnant. Have my 8w scan on the 2 Feb and it seems like an eternity away.

Did a test yesterday couldn't wait....BFN... Had some very light spotting so I'm hoping she shows her ugly head very soon. I am so moody with all this stress. My in laws leaving on Friday for Kruger park for a week and dh decided to make life easier for them.to have supper here this week. It's been a busy week but I'm loving it
