@ayesha so glad your feeling better. Make sure you take a multivitamin, they told me you get boils if your immune is a bit off.

@nicola we bd from CD11 - 15 so hopefully we have al the basis covered.

My boil nearly gone and much less painful thank goodness, I am mobile again but been on my feet the whole day and I'm exhausted.

@Liza ya I would say CD14 was your surge. If you've BD every day till CD12-15 then you have a good chance Fingers crossed!! xxxx

Hi ladies,

Need some advice. Started tempting this month and used my opks from CD12. I'm CD15 today and the opk that I did is so light that It can hardly be seen.


I've attached a picture hopefully clear enough. On CD14 I got the brightest opk of all. I'm not certian if I actually can take that one as a positive?

Needless to say we have been bding every day since CD12. Should we continue?

@MamaK its a pleasure!! And thank you! I hope this is our month too!! We are TTC #1 - been trying since March 2016, have never fallen pregnant ever in my life and the longer it takes (I am now 36yrs) the more worried I get but I believe we will get our miracle one day one way or another! I have a Clearblue digital pregnancy test in my drawer which I bought in March 2016 and it expires this June 2018, i am PRAYING I get to use it before it expires

@Ayesha sorry hun I forgot to comment on your boil situation, shame man ouchie those are SO sore especially in that spot. I hope you find the cream Liza recommended and it goes away soon xxx

AFM I'm on CD21 and cramping like crazy, particularly today, I don't wanna read too much into it though. We wait and see.

Just as a matter of interest, does everyone in the group have kids already? I am trying for no2.

@Liza welcome back! I'm so sorry you've had so many troubles but i'm so glad they found the endo. I really pray you get some good news soon! My FS advised us to BD the day we get a positive opk as well as the day after. But he said for less stress just one of those days is fine too. Hve you had a smiley/positive opk yet? xxx
@Ayesha sorry hun, I know those days where everything seems to go wrong I seem to have them often LOL! Have you decided if you going to opk this month? It's always good to take a break, even if its just one month xxx

AFM...CD17 (1DPO - @mamaK this means Days Past Ovulation!!)
I'm feeling surprisingly positive about this cycle. We actually only managed to BD once yesterday morning even though I got the smiley on Sunday, hubby only got home from the karoo late that evening and he was absolutely shattered so hopefully the 1x BD is enough, today he had to rush off for work at the crack of dawn so fingers crossed those little swimmers swam very fast yesterday!!!! I have a good feeling but I also don't want to get my hopes up otherwise it is just even worse disappointment when AF arrives, so just going to stay healthy and keep focussed this next two weeks! absolutely HATE the 2ww!! (@MamaK this is the 2 week wait after ovulation)
