Thanks @Reese, yesterday was 14dpo or 13dpo - i used a different kind of OPK last month and they SUCKED, it never showed positive, I am pretty sure I picked up the darkest line, but who knows. I am generally pretty regular ovulating on CD14, only once before that I know of, I ovulated on CD13, but it could have been 15 based on the CM I had on CD15, so I really dont know. I cant even really calculate a due date either! My cycle for the past 3 months was 25,26,27 days, so which do I go with...will wait to see what doc says. I went with 26 days and based on that due date is 5 August. I always said I would not have a winter baby b/c I would not know how to keep them warm. Well the Big Guy has different plans for us! Will go for bloods again tomorrow. I swear I HATE blood tests!! really REALLY do, my husband came with me yesterday b/c he knows how much I hate them. And the nurse that took my blood yesterday must have gotten her nursing degree from a butcher b/c my arm is totally blue! Might also be b/c I stiffen when I have to do bloods, but who knows.

Going to be going to boxing class again today, I really want to make sure I stay into that to keep fit, my 2nd pregnancy was made so much worse b/c I didnt stay active and I will just not feel like that again.

My boobs were soooo sore with my previous two pregnancies, and 2 cup sizes bigger by 9 weeks for both of them, will see what happens this time round.

@Nicola - so jealous that you were able to see Johnny Clegg, we really wanted to go but by the time we tried to buy tickets they were quite unaffordable. I booked Peppa Pig ticekts for end of March next year for my boys, both of them love Peppa Pig, just hoping they still do next year. I bought the cheapest tickets (b/c there are 4 of us) and they were still pretty pricy, but the boys will love it so that really is all that matters.

Hope everyone is having a great day :)

@Carien - Eeeeek!!! Congratulations officially!!! My first beta was 201 and the clinic didn't request a second test, they were happy with that result. My first I had no idea but with this one I kind of knew as I got sore boobs which I don't usually and I didn't spot. I also struggled to eat for a few days but that subsided. Right now I just get light pains in my uterus and sore boobs, I have actually also been really tired now that I think of it.

@Nicola - Thanks hun and well done for letting go a little. It's so so good for you emotionally, we really do put so much pressure on ourselves with this journey. I'm so glad you had a wonderful anniversary and spoilt yourselves! What a treat!

Wow CarienM - that's good news! I went for my bloods at 12DPO and it was 104 and then on 14DPO it was 344 (or something like that!) So I am sure yours will do the same! Such good news!
If you read my previous posts I also did not have ANY pregnancy symptoms and I was so worried. It is still early! When I hit the 5 weeks mark, the nausea hit me!!! So just enjoy it while it lasts. Baby will be fine!
I have also been feeling the sharp twinge feeling in the lower part of my abdomen but it has come and gone through the weeks. It is quite normal actually. Remember that everything is stretching and making space for baby. I actually felt a very sharp pain in my right side last night as I swiftly turned to climb out of bed for my little one. I have been feeling that pain this morning as well, but I'm not worried. Our bodies are not as fragile as we think.

I also remember that my boobs were never sore with my previous 2 pregnancies but with this one I can hardly touch them!

Good luck and let us know how the blood works go tomorrow.

Morning ladies, hope everyone is well. I got my blood test results back and quantitative is 138. Doc wants me to go for another one tomorrow just to make sure numbers do what they are supposed to do.

Really cant say that I am feeling any 'pregnancy' symptoms. Yesterday was the latest day that my period was due and nothing (thankfully), so guess that is a 'symptom', but cant say my boobs are really sore yet. I am more aware of my left one than the right one, it is a bit sore, but not to the point where I cant touch it. I keep feeling something on my right lower abdomen side. I cant really describe it, its like a stabbing sensation, but not stabbing in that its sore really, more that I'm aware of something there, maybe more of a twinge? not really that I know what a twinge is.

Anyway, hope everyone is doing well :)

Thanks so much Reese. You have been most helpful. Going to try to BD as much as possible in the next few days?

@Mesh, not sure if I answered your questions though.. here is an insert from the Clearblue website:

"The Clearblue® Digital Ovulation Test detects the rise of the ovulation hormone LH 24-36 hours prior to ovulation and identifies the 2 best days to conceive in a given cycle. Having sex during these 2 days gives you your best chance of conceiving."

What I used to do was check my cervical position - could feel when it is high soft and open. My cervical mucous became abundant not always egg white but it was creamy. Sorry TMI! and then the cramping started.
I went to the dr on CD11 of one cycle and he told me I will ovulate around day 14. The next cycle I went on CD12 and he also said I will ovulate CD14 or CD15. Needless to say I think I ovulated much sooner than he suspected because I didn't fall pregnant on those cycles and we BD'd a lot! :tmi:
I got my smileys normally on CD12 or CD13.

I hope this makes sense. We are all different but I think if you BD at least tonight and tomorrow you should be good. And why not BD the day after tomorrow as well - just in case. :-)
