Time to begin TTC 2019!

Hi ladies!

How is everyone doing?

Happy to say that we are back on TTC journey again! Last time I posted my husband's job was in jeopardy and in the end he was retrenched. But luckily he found a new job quickly and we are back on our feet again. Really grateful for that.

I started taking Vitex again last month, hoping it will kick in soon. CD27 for me. We BD'ed a couple of times during fertile week but I've been sick with Bronchitis and on meds for over week so I doubt anything will happen this cycle. AF should arrive anytime from Thursday but let's see coz my cycles have been all over.

@Mama K - Seems like you are approaching your fertile week, good luck!

@NicolaF - It's good to take a break from it all and sometimes just what you need. Maybe it's a good thing that you not tracking this cycle, could turn out to be just great!

@Ayesha - How did the driving lesson go? I really hope the meds work. Keep us up to date.

Joining in from the TTC 2018 forum. I’m 29yrs old, with a 2yr old daughter and we are trying for no2.

2019 is definitely OUR year, there’s no 2ways about it, haha! All the best to everyone.

AFM, I’m on CD10, I had irregular cycles since the beginning of the year as I got off the pill in Dec17, however the last 2 cycles have been nice and regular, back to 28days, so yeah, we remain hopeful, I’m super excited!

I am soooooo sorry for being away for so long!! Took a bit of a break from everything and its been so nice!!! Time to get back on the straight & narrow with my eating and gym etc eish, put on a couple kg from my trip to Durban hahah!!! Anyway all good. I am going to try and go back and read up all the messages for the past few weeks and catch up!

@Cands i am SOOOOO excited for you!!!!! Please keep us posted on Thursday, cannot wait to hear! I have a friend going through IVF and the whole process is so interesting! Praying for you xxx

Welcome to all the new ladies & welcome back @maybebaby!!!

AFM...not too sure where I am but I think I ovulated on the weekend. Haven't been tracking at all and although we BD a couple times over the past 10 days maybe we will be lucky haha! Still keeping the faith. We will be doing our next IUI prob end of July, if my cycles are back at 28 days then it would mean I would have to take the Femara while i'm away on holiday in the winelands for my bestie's birthday so have decided to push it back one more month. Also have enquired about acupuncture and will do next month when funds are replenished haha!

AFM AF showed up yesterday so start my meds tomorrow and first follicle scan next Monday. Really praying this month we have better luck with follicle growth. I'm having my 1st driving lesson today in the pouring rain. Here's to praying that I don't kill myself lol have an amazing week guys and don't be so quiet

Thursday, two of my embryos are coming home with me! I am so excited. Today marks 3 months since we started IVF. Been a long emotional journey.
