I posted on here like a month ago and then I got lazy and didnt post again, but I have been stalking the thread though!

This is our 2nd cycle TTC nr 1 and I am so impatient! Everyone around me seems to be pregnant, even my cat!

I have also just started temping and taking Agnus Castus to regulate my cycle after stopping with the pill, so Ireally hop ethat this will be our month!!!

i stand corrected but isnt it 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep? or is it 4 hiurs of no p'ing to poas. lol its one of those two but something is 4 hrs. i get up at 4 everymorning and my temps are def much lower if i take them at four then the mnths ive taken them at say 5
