Sue - Yip qualitative is yes/ no ..... but it takes less than an hour!!!

Quantitative (or beta hcg) gives you a value which in early pregnancy should roughly double every 36 hours.

Gosh Sue, why will it take so long? I did mine at Bouwer & patners (st annes) and it only took about 40 mins!

I think DH and I should go for a few drinks and dinner tomorrow as well, haven't had red wine in a while....feel like getting a bit tipsy before I start drugging myself again full of hormones

Andy - I am sure he will explain things properly to me on sunday. But what he told me at my last appointment is he scans to check for a good follie (FX!!!) then if it is the right size and lining is good etc etc then he gives a trigger shot then you have to BD 24hours and then 36 hours after. I will find out stuff like when O actually is etc on sunday! Still a bit in the dark, which is probably why I am also stressing ..... I am super analytical and feel very uncomfortable when I don't have the info.

Also I have had almost no O pains this month so I can just see there will be no follie waiting! Grrr!
