Ika, sorry no idea about diabetics and ttc. Maybe she should move to a different gynae or just be upfront with him! I think some gynaes assume you dont want to or cant handle all the detail, so if you ask then they know :) Mine is like that!

Chris, thanks for the tips.. uhm.. pantyliners.. def did not think I would need them while on holiday but let me go buy a pack! I have like a million at home :) I need to take 2x 200mg per day until I see gynae again the 23rd July. I phoned her earlier and she said def need them until she can confirm I dont need them anymore.. there goes my holiday budget! :S

Lizzy, lol @ your hubby :) My hubby told me with first pregnancy that I make it a horrible experience with my moods.. and I didnt even have bad ones!!! I think their hormones also change and they become over sensitive too! hehe

Firefly enjoy the soccer - again B)

Helena *hugs* friend!! xxx

Carmen, enjoy your scan!! Pls come share piccies.

Cath, my back is also sore!! I assumed it was part of the flu Im having :(

2kidmamma, thanks for sharing your pic! Loveley!! xxx

Ok Im gonna go lie down.. maybe if I get up Ill feel better

2kidmamma, that's a beautiful photo.

Hayley - thought that maybe if it wasn't first morning urine that could explain a BFN. Fx that af stays away and you get your BFP!

Meags, my gynae is *awesome* but you do have to wait a while (a few weeks) before you can get an appointment with her. She's also a bit pricey - R850 per appointment. But she is really friendly and approachable and when I told her about ttc, she did pre-pregnancy bloods and a pap smear and gave me the go ahead. She is at Parklane Clinic - Dr Bronwyn Moore. Let me know if you want her number.

Enjoy your doula course!

Okay...now am seriously going to try getting down to work!!!

Oh, I know! It's a massive lesson and a hard one to learn. I'm trying very hard to do this myself, now I"m pregnant just to take it a day at a time. I was too scared to even start TTC and now it's happened I just am trying to take it one day at a time safe in the knowledge that God gives - and takes away - what I need and don't need when I need and dno't need it!:) It's only human though to want it in OUR time! I can totally relate - e.g. I wish all pregnancies were healthy and long term and that it took like 3 months MAX beginning to end! :)

Thanks CathM, I know with both my Kids God gave them to me at exactly the right time in our lives. It's just you know, God's time is never our time and it's very hard.
